It's a private company, si they can set their own rules. Clearly the manager has power issues as the other employee who was working at the counter didnt have a mask on. Overall, unless you want to be treated like garbage don't go here. Poor customer service, employee with a God complex, and employees with any resemblance of integrity don't work here. You name it. They use a spray gun to paint the house so the quality is extremely poor. In the process, they will leave deep scratches in glass windows and cracks because they are plain sloppy and careless. The mess they will also leave behind for the homeomer to claean. The store is well organized, they have a wide selection of options and it's always very clean. The staff are always super friendly and (almost over) eager to help you the second you get into the store and it's rare that they don't have an insight or helpful tip to assist in selecting the right tool or part for the job at hand. The parking lot is a little tricky at times, but the pros far outweigh the cons for the location and selection available. I personally wish they had more lumber and garden selection, but for such a small store, it's not at all practical or cost effective. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal. The owner is a super neat guy too and it's obvious that he wants this place to succeed as he's very hands on in the store.
