I will start by saying that the world of websites and online marketing is a entirely new area for…read moreme. I do know that everything I had read about the dos and don'ts of website design says don't ever do your website yourself because if you do, it will look like you did it (unless of course you are a website designer). I needed a website for my legal office which I was launching. I've never been a businessman before and was a bit overwhelmed with everything especially the marketing piece. Will and Xponent 21 delivered. I have had nothing but rave reviews of my website from both clients and colleagues. Will walked me through everything and explained how a web presence works and gave me a number of ideas of what to put on my website. He had done one of my law school classmate's website (I didn't know this until after speaking with Will) and it is outstanding as well. If you are looking for someone to not only create a top-notch website but to explain and educate you in the area of online marketing and what the aims and goals of a website and web presence are, Xponent 21 is your first stop. I couldn't be more satisfied. One last bit, Xponent 21 created my letterhead, stationary design and business card in addition to my website - again I have gotten nothing but high praise. The design grabs your attention without being gaudy or tacky. I let the folks at Xponent 21 know that if you have questions, they are free to give you my contact info. Highly recommend Will and his crew. Mike

We have received a partial refund from Taradel after speaking to a customer service agent. She said…read morethere was a printer issue and their research found there was less than 20% misprinting. We are still unsure the percentage of the misprinting but we have settled with what they have suggested. I am attaching the previous review note. ---------- We have sent an order for a year-end promotion mailer via Taradel last December. The order was over $3,000 but the printing quality was very disappointing. All the colors on the mailer were printed faded but it does not seem like Taradel have any quality control over their final products. The quality of the mailer could be the first impression of your business to your potential customer and Taradel negatively affected the impression of our dental office by sending out the poorest quality mailer. You can check the failure in color quality from the attached image. Later we have contacted Taradel and they said they will take care of the problem and they did not reply back for a month. We reached back to them today but it does not seem like the complaint was reported properly or they might have ignored it. Very frustrating customer service from Taradel and we feel like we have wasted our money on the promotion because of the poor quality mailers.

Didn't receive a single email or phone inquiry. I live in the area and know dozens of people who do as well and none of us ever received the advertisement. Taradel's suggestion was to try it again! Sure, flush another $2500 down the toilet. Stay as far away from these thieves as possible..
