Absolutely horrible customer service. They could careless about Placed online order for business cards, and opted for Second day air instead of standard shipping On march 1st. 6 days later I requested the status of my order, notifying them that I need them by the 8th at the latest, 8 days since ordering, and if I could boy receive them by then to cancel the order. I received an email saying no one approved a rush order and that my order is scheduled for a delivery of the 10th I called and spoke to them on the phone On the 7th asking for clarification on what they meant, and to reiterate that if I can't have them by the 8th I need to cancel. Throughout the conversation I offered :that if they must be shipped That 2nd day is no longer needed and that I should be refunded the money for 2nd day air. Words can not describe the lack of care and the "" it isn't my fault / problem it's yours ""attitude that I revived. Shortly after the conversation I received an email From their customer service department: ...."I was not contacted by anyone to rush the order, therefore, even though it's scheduled to ship FedEx 2nd Day Air the due date remained 3/10/14." That's 10 days later from ordering. @ no time throughout any contact either by email or phone did the words "let me see what I can do" , "I am sorry" or anything that resemble professionalism or care of their customers. All that was iterated was the inconvenience to them selves and that someone else would have to pay for it. I would look else where for your printing needs if I were you. I work hard for my money, and I prefer to give it to those who work equally hard at their jobs to earn it. read more

I enjoy the fact that they are a smaller operation, and as a result of that can offer more personalized service, in my opinion. For the past 3 years running, they have provided regular lawn service, including mowing and weed whacking. They also helped adjust the mowing schedule to work around my lawn aeration and reseeding this past summer. Also they've done a couple of other specialized things for me, most recently including a tree removal. Fall of 2025, they offered snow removal in addition to the lawn service. Based on the weather so far this year, I've gotten lucky. They have been here multiple times, plowing my driveway in spite of some special needs. ( Curb stones, anyone?). I needed an emergency plow during one of the December snowstorms, when my mother was taking to the hospital. Joe literally was in my driveway less than 10 minutes after I called to make sure that I was able to get out and get to the hospital. Can't say enough good things. Is it the cheapest service in the area? No (with an asterisk*). It's a little bit more than what you pay a larger company, emphasis on the little, but in my opinion, I'm getting much more personalized service. For the fall / winter of 2025 2026, they've added plowing to their resume. It's the first year, so sometimes growing pains might be expected. With the heavier snowfall this year, more than once they've been to my residence multiple times in a single day to plow my driveway out. In short, I'm very very pleased with the job that they're doing, Sun or snow. (Apologies for any typos, large hands on a small cell phone keyboard, lol) A satisfied customer in Galeville

Print Local! I am a graphic designer and use my account manager Torri and her team at Dupli for all my printing projects. They consistently do a timely, GREAT print job and always have recommendations to make my print projects even better. Emails are responded to right away and on the rare occasion that I make a mistake (lol) they are quick to help me catch and fix it! The best part is supporting the local businesses and you don't have to pay expensive ship charges like you do with online print companies. read more
