We had a great experience with Duracite. We ordered our countertops for our kitchen remodel, from Home Depot. Duracite's home office in Fairfield kept checking in with us to find out when our cabinets got installed. Once that was done, we set up dates & times to measure the countertops and a tentative installation date. The guy who measured was really nice and answered all my questions. (Can't remember his name, sorry!) Then Cody installed the countertops and did a beautiful job! I read reviews on Yelp for Duracite and wasn't impressed. But, I am 100% satisfied with them, locally. Duracite - Love my Corian countertops! - Arroyo Grande, California

Unfortunately we had an extremely bad experience. First the guy sent out to do the counters had to take off the tile. That made him mad and so we now have holes in our wall. He chose to cover them with the counter back splash. Then we noticed after he left that the counters were not reinforced reported it and he was sent out to not only fix the walls but to reinforce the counters. Mind you this is still not resolved. He informed us he doesn't fix walls his name is Cody btw. And maybe put two pieces of wood in places and silicones others but again didn't do his job. Their boss came out and informed us that people don't normally notice the gaps under the counters until after they have been payed. I am extremely disappointed. We havnt had a kitchen for 4 months. No sink to do dishes. They are getting done in the bathtub. Extreme inconvenience and it looks like it's going to be another month if we don't sue them first. We are going to have our contractor do the repairs and resurfacing instead. Durasite is a joke read more
