However, he looked visibly uncomfortable and immediately asked to use my personal bathroom. I politely declined, explaining that I don't allow strangers to use my restroom and that since he was quite early, he should have planned ahead. His response was rude and dismissive ; he said, "Well, I guess I'll be back later. I don't know when that will be," and walked out. The whole exchange felt unprofessional and left a bad impression. When I reached out to the owner to share my experience, he made excuses for the employee instead of addressing the concern. I went with their quote because they had a significant number of outstanding reviews, and their price was the lowest. I was not disappointed. They gave me a window of 8:52 AM and then confirmed 830. They were here on the dot. The communication was outstanding. We walked through and looked at the rooms and they got started. An hour later, the work was completed in a very high-quality way. There were two spots on the carpet and both are gone. Could not recommend this team anymore than five stars, but if there were 10, I would give them 10 as well. Will definitely use them again!
