Dura Duo (matcha latte with matcha cream top)
    Rebecca T.

Fantastic matcha with friendly service! Dura Coffee is located in a tiny strip mall (parking lot is limited, but ample street parking) and is shared with a pastry shop that sells cake pops. I got the signature Dura Duo, which is a double matcha drink. Baristas there were super nice and offered bags and straws to go. The Dura Duo was really tasty; a bit on the sweeter side, but it worked perfectly with the matcha. I was surprised at how smooth it tasted, and this might be one of my favorite matcha drinks now! Would happily return and try more!

Sooooo yummy. I came here with my boyfriends sister and got the mama's coffee with banana cream top. I wasn't expecting it to taste as good as it did! Inside is super cute and decorated nicely. The baristas are talkative and kind! I'd come here everyday if I could but the drive is too far for me. Definitely worth the try. I may come back to try their food items

Got the Dura Duo unsweetened and it was one of the better matcha's I've had in LA. The Ube Latte though was the best I've had, so so good!! Great service, already want to go back

I loved their story! They came together after they all lost their jobs at Starbucks. Very friendly baristas and they have a great concept for their coffee shop. I just didn't love it. Using darker roasted beans from Jetty might appeal to a larger group, it's not my kind of coffee. First visit I got the Choco-banano latte and it had great flavor, it was just overly sweet. Second visit, I got the cafe de olla and it was just ok. Drinkable but not memorable. I wish them the best in their journey, I was glad that I came in to support and try them out.

The only matcha einspanner in the city that rivals community goods. I said what I said. Save yourself the 30 minute wait in the scorching heat and just come here. This place has been my hidden gem, but I just can't gatekeep it anymore because Dura truly deserve the business. The staff/ owners are so nice. If I had to nitpick, I wish they had a better pastry variety. The cookies are good, especially the cornflake one, but a cookie in the morning isn't my thing. The matcha though, 10/10 no notes. Give them a try!

Absolutely invigorating my wonderful friend Nat said she knew an amazing coffee shop and little did I know it was DOWN THE STREET from the coffee shop I work at. I never stopped cause I always wanna get tf home after shift. But finally went it was sensational they had the best and most UNIQUE pastries. I was so excited and I only drink matcha but sometimes it can be questionable . This was perfect and tht nice nutty flavor and they make it the ceremonial way!!! Absolutely BUSSING down run

I heard this pace has a really good banana cream matcha so I decided to check it out myself and omg it was sooo good! I had to pull over to take a pic. I got extra matcha and it was still a little on the sweeter side so I would maybe say less sweet next time as well but I'm for sure coming back. The employees were all so friendly and fun too. They are in a plaza so you can get parking easily if there's a spot available. They will be seeing me every weekend!

This place was great! Jesus and the barista whose name I unfortunately did not get were so awesome and answered a bunch of questions for me. Thy were super friendly and the pastries looked insane but I didn't try. My strawberry matcha was a 10/10! I will definitely be back! Such a cute spot. They have a small parking lot but there is also street parking all over the area.

Super cute place. I came across this place on my TikTok feed and since it was on my way to work decided to stop by and check it out. Staff there was super nice, I didn't know what to get so I told him to surprise me. He said the cold brew was his favorite, it was perfect for me since I'm a very basic kinda person. I picked up a ham and cheese croissant and OMG I love ham and cheese croissants... it's on my top 3, tip warm it up just a little in the microwave keep it still flaky but melt the cheese.... Ugh I'm dreaming about it again..... I also picked up an almond croissant... haven't yet tried it but looks fresh and delicious.

BUTTER CROISSANT 8/10: Really buttery croissant, it has a really nice bite, and a little bit of flakiness at the top. They were sweet and happily warmed it up for me! MATCHA EINSPANNER 10/10: Honestly, this is a really great matcha. I personally am a fan of matcha that is smooth and bold and this is exactly that. It comes with simple syrup (I asked for vanilla instead) and it has a salted foam on top. For being only $7 this is honestly amazing! I would definitely recommend this for people who like a sweet and creamy matcha especially one similar to Stagger's in Korea Town! SERVICE 10/10: Everyone was so sweet and the guy who helped me answered all of my questions! Very laid back and friendly vibes! AMBIANCE 9/10: Such a cute coffee shop! The interior is beautiful, white, open, and with natural light! I love how they have a water station which is so great to have when it's hot outside. The only note I have is that this place has very little seating (I think only one table inside and one outside) so I'd say it is more of a grab-and-go place. NOTES-- - Parking in the small corner plaza, really convenient! - I am unaware as to whether or not they have a bathroom..

Cute coffee shop with a lot of great unique drinks. They also offer some delicious looking pastries. I got the banana cream matcha half sweetened. It's delicious. Kevin was super friendly and explained story behind the coffee shop to me. If you're in the area I recommend checking them out.

DuraCoffee is easily one of my favorite coffee spots. The shop feels really cozy and personal, with photos and little details that make it feel more like a hangout than a typical café. It makes sense knowing it was opened by five friends. Everyone there is always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they have a lot of experience and actually care about what they're making. The drinks are consistently great, and the banana matcha is my go to and never disappoints. Great vibes, great service, and definitely a place I'd recommend checking out.
