Mama's coffee with banana cream top
    Mariya K.

Sooooo yummy. I came here with my boyfriends sister and got the mama's coffee with banana cream top. I wasn't expecting it to taste as good as it did! Inside is super cute and decorated nicely. The baristas are talkative and kind! I'd come here everyday if I could but the drive is too far for me. Definitely worth the try. I may come back to try their food items

I loved their story! They came together after they all lost their jobs at Starbucks. Very friendly baristas and they have a great concept for their coffee shop. I just didn't love it. Using darker roasted beans from Jetty might appeal to a larger group, it's not my kind of coffee. First visit I got the Choco-banano latte and it had great flavor, it was just overly sweet. Second visit, I got the cafe de olla and it was just ok. Drinkable but not memorable. I wish them the best in their journey, I was glad that I came in to support and try them out.

Absolutely invigorating my wonderful friend Nat said she knew an amazing coffee shop and little did I know it was DOWN THE STREET from the coffee shop I work at. I never stopped cause I always wanna get tf home after shift. But finally went it was sensational they had the best and most UNIQUE pastries. I was so excited and I only drink matcha but sometimes it can be questionable . This was perfect and tht nice nutty flavor and they make it the ceremonial way!!! Absolutely BUSSING down run

I heard this pace has a really good banana cream matcha so I decided to check it out myself and omg it was sooo good! I had to pull over to take a pic. I got extra matcha and it was still a little on the sweeter side so I would maybe say less sweet next time as well but I'm for sure coming back. The employees were all so friendly and fun too. They are in a plaza so you can get parking easily if there's a spot available. They will be seeing me every weekend!

This place was great! Jesus and the barista whose name I unfortunately did not get were so awesome and answered a bunch of questions for me. Thy were super friendly and the pastries looked insane but I didn't try. My strawberry matcha was a 10/10! I will definitely be back! Such a cute spot. They have a small parking lot but there is also street parking all over the area.

Matcha lovers, run don't walk Probably the best banana matcha I've ever tried. Their menu combines Asian and Latino flavors perfectly. The vibe is just right, great and friendly service.

Super cute place. I came across this place on my TikTok feed and since it was on my way to work decided to stop by and check it out. Staff there was super nice, I didn't know what to get so I told him to surprise me. He said the cold brew was his favorite, it was perfect for me since I'm a very basic kinda person. I picked up a ham and cheese croissant and OMG I love ham and cheese croissants... it's on my top 3, tip warm it up just a little in the microwave keep it still flaky but melt the cheese.... Ugh I'm dreaming about it again..... I also picked up an almond croissant... haven't yet tried it but looks fresh and delicious.

BUTTER CROISSANT 8/10: Really buttery croissant, it has a really nice bite, and a little bit of flakiness at the top. They were sweet and happily warmed it up for me! MATCHA EINSPANNER 10/10: Honestly, this is a really great matcha. I personally am a fan of matcha that is smooth and bold and this is exactly that. It comes with simple syrup (I asked for vanilla instead) and it has a salted foam on top. For being only $7 this is honestly amazing! I would definitely recommend this for people who like a sweet and creamy matcha especially one similar to Stagger's in Korea Town! SERVICE 10/10: Everyone was so sweet and the guy who helped me answered all of my questions! Very laid back and friendly vibes! AMBIANCE 9/10: Such a cute coffee shop! The interior is beautiful, white, open, and with natural light! I love how they have a water station which is so great to have when it's hot outside. The only note I have is that this place has very little seating (I think only one table inside and one outside) so I'd say it is more of a grab-and-go place. NOTES-- - Parking in the small corner plaza, really convenient! - I am unaware as to whether or not they have a bathroom..

DuraCoffee is easily one of my favorite coffee spots. The shop feels really cozy and personal, with photos and little details that make it feel more like a hangout than a typical café. It makes sense knowing it was opened by five friends. Everyone there is always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they have a lot of experience and actually care about what they're making. The drinks are consistently great, and the banana matcha is my go to and never disappoints. Great vibes, great service, and definitely a place I'd recommend checking out.

Stopped for a matcha and did not disappoint! I went with their vanilla matcha with oat milk and it was really good! Perfect level of sweetness. Would recommend!

Dura Coffee is my go-to for matcha, surprisingly! Get the Banana Cream Matcha -- the banana cream is made fresh in-house AND there are bits of fresh banana. I should expand, but I've mostly gotten this drink the past 5 times I've been here. The other super popular drink here is the Mama's Latte. They use Abuelita! I noticed they use syrups from Prose, so y'know the quality is there. Also got the Raspberry Croissant -- GET IT!!!! There's filling in it and it's so gooood. Tart and flakey. Banana Cream Matcha: 10/10 Parking is available! Ambiance is chill and trendy

If you haven't discovered Dialog Cafe yet, you're genuinely missing out. I stumbled upon this place…read morerecently and it has quickly become one of my favorites in the city. The food is incredible across the board. Salads, breakfast, protein bowls, fresh juices, cookies, everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious. My husband and I have even started making it our go-to spot for mid-week dinners, which really says it all. The coffee is top-tier, and the cookie is a literal religious experience. The setting is something special too. The building has a beautiful history rooted in the architecture of the Sunset Strip, and sitting outside with the buzz of the city while you work on your laptop or catch up with someone over a great meal is just hard to beat. The service is just as wonderful as the food. Hector is always so warm and helpful and keeps everything running smoothly, which is really impressive given how popular this place is. I'm not a French fry person (i don't order because i try to stay away from fried food) and it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - seasoned perfectly and pairs well with the aioli sauce. The eggs and morning plates are some of my favorite things here for breakfast and i love their croissants and cookies!! We've brought friends and family here over the years and we'll always continue to do so. The service is also super friendly . I love that they expanded to the side walk because the wait times used to be even crazier when it was just the patio . I remember sooo well. Love the expansion. This point is key as this neighborhood can be tricky to park in during peak business hours even though there are several metered spots available in front of the shop and on surrounding streets. I recently visited on a Friday morning and found nearby parking within walking distance, and you could also park at the nearby library and walk if the cafe if circling around for a spot is getting you nowhere. Now, on to the cafe itself! Verve offers a variety of drinks along with pastries for sale, and they even hosted a cookbook popup during my recent visit. I usually get espresso-based drinks or their cold brew, and I've never been disappointed by the drink quality or the time it takes to prepare my beverages. There's ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and I could see why this would be a popular spot for reading or getting work on your laptop done.

The line is not for the faint of heart. I tried their matcha einspanner, breakfast sliders, and pistachio toast and all three were AMAZING. - Matcha Einspanner: One of the best matchas I've ever had! The matcha is so well balanced - you can actually taste the matcha, not too sweet, and creamy too. They also sprinkle sea salt on top which helps enhance the matcha flavor. My only complaint is that I wish the cup was bigger. - Breakfast Sliders: I wasn't expecting much from the sliders, but everyone always hypes up their slides, so I knew I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The egg is so fluffy and the sauces that come with it are so delicious, especially their hot sauced. The toast is hearty and the pistachio spread with sea salt, olive oil, and olive oil is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about their toast.
