The website to sign up looked like a scam and I should have known better. When even setting up the appointment the secretary was scattered and could hardly remember anything. There were no directions on what I should expect, do beforehand, or anything. I just had the appointment this morning. Little hole in the wall health place. I signed in and it didn't take long to go back. I was never introduced to the lady taking care of me. I have no idea if she's a doctor, nurse, or just someone they found. I didn't even know her name. I went back into the room and was weighed and she measured the two points of my body I was having the light Lipo taken. Again, I was never told what to expect and never asked about my medical history. While doing the 20 minute treatment I was handed an iPad to watch their 20 minute sales pitch. It's about their weight loss oil or whatever. It's complete whack. The supplement is an appetite suppressant. "People have to set their alarms to remember to eat!" Doesn't that sound like a consistent diet? They don't even want you to exercise! More on that later. I'm laying there half naked with these lights on my stomach and legs and they get warm. That's about all I feel. Listen to the pitch. THE PROGRAM IS $700. It includes weekly doctor visits. I NEVER MET THE DOCTOR. I am told to get dressed and go to another room. This is where I did the vibrate thing. I am told to do a squat on it and it vibrates me for 10 minutes. I'm told by Miss anonymous that this equals 45 minutes of cardio. (Thought we weren't supposed to work out on the program?) SO I'm shaking on this thing being told my body thinks I'm 63 years old and I'm under 30. Lol. Anyways, they claim to not sell Snake Oil but that's basically what this is. There is no way this could be a long term solution. Starving yourself for 6 weeks for $700? I can do that for free. I have no idea about the Chiropractor side of things.
