We worked with Dushaun when we bought our first home a few years ago. Initially, we thought he was great and seemed to have our best interests in mind. I guess he got tired of showing us houses (we went out maybe 4 different times?) and as soon as we found the house we wanted, we didn't hear from him until after everything was done. We had to make all of the phone calls to the bank and basically do the legwork that he should've been doing. We signed the paperwork with someone else and he wouldn't even bring us the house key. We actually had to break the lock box off of our new house in order to get in. I guess he felt like he earned his commission by driving us around a little bit. When we finally did hear from him again, he was calling to say he had a welcoming basket for us and would let us know when he was coming up. Surprise surprise, we never received the basket. We came to realize just how terrible he was overall when we sold that house with the help of a new realtor, who was absolutely amazing. I would definitely not recommend buying a home through this guy, especially if you're a 1st time homebuyer who may not know what a good realtor should be doing for you because he will gladly take advantage of that. read more
