This Christmas has been very busy for us with having Christmas at our house for my family and somewhat, last minute family of my bf's after Christmas. Tiffany responded within 10 minutes and she said that she would be able to come today, the day after Christmas. I was very surprised. They were here on time. Needed very little instruction and they were very quiet (we sleep during the day). We awoke to a nice clean house! They were respectful of our property and did a great job!! I would give 5 stars until after we scheduled the job. Tiffany was super warm and loving, swift responsiveness and attentive. I scheduled everything, set up all the arrangements, and sent a detailed email describing all about the job. Then, out of nowhere, she decided she wasn't going to do the job just because she didn't want to send her info so I could make the payment, SHE DIDN'T TRUST ME!! I mean... I LITERALLY trusted her to enter the property with NO SUPERVISION, she had all the access codes and instructions and canceled everything. That seemed very off to me. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was very very disappointed with this one and I hope if there's some kind of scam, people will know you get people's house access codes and cancel the job. read more

If you want a mediocre cleaning job by amateurs, this is the company for you. On the first deep cleaning, they embarrassed us by showing us the amount of dust they found in areas I can't reach. That was followed by only cleaning half of the kitchen, half of the garbage cans, none of the blinds, and several other areas that were agreed to on the walk thru. We have them a second chance and decided that it wasn't great but it would suffice due to our circumstances. The overly scented cleaning products lead you to think your home is clean, but it's only superficial. On the last cleaning they left the floors streaked and sticky. When I asked for them to be redone, first it was agreed to but on the day they were supposed to come out, I received a text message that they were not only nit coming, but were terminating their service with us. Not a huge loss given the lackluster job. Furniture was not moved to clean underneath (small chairs, a recliner that moves easily, etc) and they only dust what's in plain sight - definitely not a high attention to detail. read more

The girls started out great. Then thinks went down hill. Mats in the kitchen where not getting clean or moved when they cleaned. They had a problem with the vacuum but never said a word till I asked, by this time the motor got blown from hair wrapped around the beater bars. They don't talk and let you know there is a problem. Husband has dementia and we have excessive stuff in the house. They rushed in and rushed out. read more

I contacted Dust Buddies from California for our rental condo in Florida, where work was being finished before our new renters moved in (painting the unity, plus popcorn & wallpaper removal). Given a very tight timeline, there was basically only one day to do a thorough cleaning, post-construction and pre-rug-cleaning. Happily, Tiffany rearranged her schedule to fit in our job. Her team was also very accommodating and flexible, given that the other workmen were still onsite finishing their projects at the same time! As a small business owner myself, I appreciate responsiveness, a very reasonable price, good work, and great customer service. I highly recommend -- wish they were here in California! read more

Not really pleased with this service. Had to call them back to wipe down the mirror, clean a sliding glass door and vacuum. They had missed the entire hallway. They didn't even run the dishwasher!! Just push the wash button. Cannot refer this one. read more

They did an AMAZING JOB!!! Was for a move out clean of a 1800 square foot home and they did every single spot 100% clean!
