She asked to reschedule it to Friday morning at 9am and that she would personally come to do the cleaning. I was irritated but tried to be understanding and told her that would be fine. Friday morning at 8:08 am Lilian texted me and stated that she can't make it to my clean today so she went ahead and refunded my money. I was quite frustrated with the lack of professionalism and her ability to be unreliable. Thought it ironic, considering she supposedly fired someone on Monday for their reliability when that is exactly what she was with me. Lilian was kind but after the whole experience I certainly wouldn't recommend Stilly Cleaning.
