Further, they call to follow up to make sure you're doing well after the visit. Not just the office assistants, which would be agreeable, but also the Dustin, the PA. I really like the people here, they've taken great care of me, they get to me quickly and I feel well cared for. I feel great about recommending Dr. Horn and his office to anyone looking for a family care doc.

The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.

I know that she sincerely cares for me in the questions she asks and the time she takes during each visit. Over the pandemic, our visits have become telemedicine. I think the technology we tried around June had a few hiccups. Eventually, we were able to connect and talk. Our communication outside the appointments has been mainly through the portal. Thankfully, she's pretty responsive. I will say that when I've tried to call the office before to talk with her, it's been very frustrating. It seems that they really don't want you calling on the phone. Yesterday, I stopped by the office to drop off a little Christmas cheer to thank Dr. Aliotta. It's good to see social distancing within the waiting area but I'm personally still not too comfortable visiting in person yet.

If his wife is not there to oversee them, they make all kinds of mistakes. And They book him up so much that the Dr. is always running late and constantly overwhelmed. My big tip for getting in and out: Book at the end of the day. I do that because he is close to work and it is faster for me to go when I get off. but it is honestly easier that way. I have gone early in the day and waited for up to two hours! He is a caring doctor, but needs much better staff.
