I have no one to blame but myself and I should have listened to my gut and found a new agent half way through the process. great talkers, shitty sellers. commission above normal. Our agent only had one listing, us and I still felt ignored. All these were flags I should have paid attention too. I would look around for a better brokerage. This was my first house sale. I blame myself but look around is all I can say.
