We had problems with warped boards and twisting of posts (could not open gate without force for months). Repeated emails and calls, were not returned and no action was taken to resolve problems. I finally placed a complaint with the State of Oregon against his license and he took care of things. I have built and remodeled numerous homes, over 30 years and have rarely run into someone this difficult to work with.
