I am a matcha, chai kinda guy... so I tried their matcha and you definitely get a lot of drink the taste was not all there, on top of that the line was very long but the staff was extremely friendly and they were helpful. Great service! Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Clean order window. We decided to walk up and order since the line was a little long. The drive thru sort of gets congested I would suggest parking a little further back if ur pressed for time or you may get stuck for a little while. Luckily we didn't have this problem. Patio tables and large space to enjoy the day. Tap to pay, menu is right next to order window with seasonal drinks. I got a regular black coffee with a double espresso. Pure sugar. It has a lot of specialty caffeine drinks but definitely not a quality coffee spot. I've tried their Golden Eagle chai (creamy with vanilla and caramel), annihilated (chocolatey and nutty), and cold brew. Most of their drinks are filled with cream, syrup and sugar. I have trouble finding a drink I like here. Long lines whenever I went but they're efficient so the drinks come out quick. Service is very friendly. It was my first time at this location and overall just my second time trying Dutch Bros and I understand the hype. It's a big company with an organized and proven system but the relaxed and friendly service is reminiscent of a small local cafe which is a nice touch. I was greeted warmly at the drive thru and was helped with picking out the perfect drink for me. I tend to look at top sellers and choose from that but I wanted less sugar and more caffeine. I was offered their number 1 Golden Eagle, with cold brew and sugar free syrups, iced. I was impressed with the flavor. Mine was a bit sweeter than expected so next time I'll order half the sugar free syrup. Clean, vibrant, with great music that I can beat through the pick up window. I'll be back :). read more

Such a nice group of people, however MAKE SURE it is not a huge product launch day. I ended up waiting in the drive through on the frog charm drop day for well over 45 minutes for my mobile order. People from the urgent care were trying to leave the parking lot (as well as Dutch employees) but they couldn't because I was in the way. Oops! Sorry... Now I'm playing a game of tetris with other customers to get out of the way and honestly, not the most fun game ever. Not at all the fault of the employees, i'm sure they were ten times more frantic than any of us sitting in our cars blasting AC. When i saw they were opening one in La Habra i was excited but haven't been to that location yet. My son had a tennis match in Eastvale. Knew there was a DB in Eastvale. Decided to take a trip for an afternoon mid caffeine run. There were 2 driveways and it wasn't busy as all. About 5 cars in drive thru. They had 2 associates taking order in the drive thru line. 1 associate per lane. Associate was really friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Received the Drinks pretty fast. I ordered a ~ Golden Eagle latte in medium, was really good and creamy. Not too sweet. I loved it. Latte caffeine is pretty strong. They don't have a dining area inside. Just drive thru or walk up to grab drinks. I was afraid of the stories hearing how long the lines were. But i didn't get that experience here. Definitely a great DB 1st experience. A friend of mine had told me if I go to Dutch Bros Coffee, I'll never get my coffee drinks from Starbucks again since they are so good, and she was so right!! I tried the location in Eastvale since I was in the area, and they were so busy that they had two lines going for the drive thru... I told the young gentleman who took my order that it was my first time ordering from them and he helped me pick my drink and everything.. He was extremely pleasant with a very nice smile and beyond helpful... Once my car pulled up to the window, my drink was ready and the other young gentleman at the window was very pleasant to deal with too!! First timer at Dutch Bros and I'm a fan!!! I don't have any near me so when I got the chance I made sure I stopped by. We ordered the protein latte with brown sugar and a nitro cold brew. I was really excited to try their nitro cold brew to compare to the SBUX cold brew. I was disappointed when the guy said it came in a can? I was expecting it to be on draft but nonetheless it was still yummy just minus the nitro cream. The protein latte comes with a protein milk that can be comparable to Fairlife milk. The employee was nice enough to let me try it. They were both tasty and I will be back for sure. I am looking forward to try the new seasonal drinks and was bummed that I had missed the Pumpkin Brulee flavor. Got my drink in a timely manner, which is the important part. However, the staff acts like you can't hear or feel their frustrations when you go to the counter. I did not feel particularly warm when I went to pick up my drink as I could feel the team member who assisted me wanted me out asap by talking a million miles an hour. If I could I'd give my visit a 3.5/5 as I think a 3 is too low for a micro experience like this. read more

I've noticed the price has been different thru the drive thru vs ordering online ... my small hazelnut toffee mocha no modifications almost $8 I came back the next day got a two drinks and was about $18 ... Waited in drive thru with 3 other cars. I arrived at 7:08am didn't leave till 7:32. While their an additional car pulled in and took the staff attention away. Our first visit to a Dutch Brothers Coffee and it was awesome It is a drive-up / walk-up only place and the car line was around the building and into the street! We used the walk-up window and it was so much faster. But they do have employees in the parking lot directing traffic and making sure the line runs smoothly. They are located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking if you want to walk up. Only a couple of spots to sit so you're still best taking to go. The Drinks... We had one of their classic drinks the Kicker (Irish Cream Breve) & one of the Fall Drinks the Carmel Pumpkin Brulé Cold Brew... They were intense but delicious!! The drinks are sweet but not too sweet like some people have said, at least not to us I would describe them as super-duper good version of Starbucks, just better in every way LOL The staff is super friendly & helpful and the location is so clean.
