They also complain when they have to fix something on the vans even if it's something small like a headlight. They only keep up with their big delivery trucks because those are the only trucks that get inspected. Their warehouse is messy and dangerous like their vans due to them stacking things to high and not cleaning out like they are suppose to. They also over load the vans where they let the employees drive with kegs strapped in to the front seat. They don't safely load the vans, everything is moving around and could possibly injure the driver if they had to stop suddenly for any reason. They don't communicate well and they don't have any professionalism. They don't care for their employees like they should. They don't know how to run a company at all. Plug it into myfitnesspal, you will find it is 5-9 grams of total protein. How the shrimp, a small amount of peanut butter, sesame seeds, and veg equates 32 grams of protein is incalculable. I will say it was delicious! The reason I will not continue ordering is the result of lack of good customer service when I received a wrong meal. One of the photos is the emails. There was no offer to make their wrong a right. In addition, my co-worker had a similar situation. The customer should not have to tell the company how right a mistake, it should be readily offered. The error was a minor one and could have easily been fixed. However, how she handled it was baffling. Customer service can make or break it for me. I believe if I asked for an additional breakfast the following week she would have agreed to give it to me. The customer should not have to explain to the company how to fix an error.
