Not sure if the guy working the line outside is new or not but his customer service is horrible. He walked up to the car and didnt even speak. Just stood there. Then when he asked if we wanted to leave a tip we said yes, he pressed something on his ipad and he just walked away. Even with his rudeness, my daughter was still going to tip. So not sure if he selected his own tip or what. He never even told us which car to follow behind until 5-8 minutes later. By this time the line had gotten long and you're actually supposed to zig zag the line. The directions are even posted outside when you drive up. This place is hit or miss. I love this location. I love coffee and decided to try them for the first time when they first opened. The coffee is always on point. I normally get the Golden Eagle iced or Mocha coffee. The workers are friendly and they are quick when making the drinks. If there's a long line, it does move pretty fast. read more

It's like Starbucks meets Chick-fil-A here. I've only tried Dutch Bros one other time prior to this visit. One of my coworkers decided to buy me coffee from here. I got an Americano and it was strong like jet fuel. At that time, DB wasn't so close to my area. When I found they branched out near me, I just had to check them out. When I arrived, there were 2 drive thru lanes. I didn't see an intercom to order. So, I just drove right up to the drive thru window. The barista confirmed that I could order at the window, and she was super nice. The vibe at the drive thru window was chill and the music playing was great. Also, like Chick-fil-A, there was a barista taking orders with an iPad behind my car, since I was already ordering at the drive thru window. This spot knows about efficiency. I did order a hot americano again today at their small size with oat milk and sugar. I asked the barista for a recommendation for a coffee drink for my lil bro who likes chocolate, and she made an iced drink with aromatic coffee, caramel, and chocolate. My americano was good and strong. It was pretty comparable to Starbucks. My lil bro really enjoyed his iced coffee drink. He said the coffee was fragrant and the chocolate and caramel flavor were great. His complaints were that there was too much ice in his drink and that his drink was pretty sweet. Next time, we'll see if we can ask for less ice and tone down the sweetness of the drinks. Of note, it seems that the cup sizes are larger at DB than at Starbucks. I was able to pay for the drinks using the DB app after loading enough funds into it. The barista just had to scan the app's QR code. My hope would be that they might be able to have an order ahead option on their app for ease of picking up drinks in no time. Maybe have an order ahead lane as well. Coffee-holic here. Just stopped at Dutch Bros. for the first time. Friendly greeting as we walked up and smiling service. The coffee itself is really good, smooth and delicious. I drink mine straight up black with light ice and I can say there is not an acidic, bite back to it like you get from another place. Very smooth. Try it! You won't be sorry. They actually blend a drink correctly compared to the Sugar Land location. Their espresso is well made- not burnt or under extracted. My calorie conscious order is a sugar free hazelnut mocha no soft top yes to drizzle with nonfat milk. Google has plenty of ways to make the drinks custom and fit to your dietary needs. If it's your first time- heads up regular drinks are super sweet (we're talking 50-60g sugar and 800+ calories. This shop has something for everyone. Their eagle eye is crazy good- an equivalent to caramel macchiato. You can order this as a sugar free eagle eye with nonfat milk to save in calories. read more

This place is pretty awesome! I went there on opening day at 6 am and the vibe by everyone was great. People smiling, playing corn hole, having a good time. Well our first visit here to try out this new place, Dutch Bros. Coffee. Went thru the drive thru, they have 2 lanes with 2 display boards what you would think one menu and one to order, nope! The two lanes come back into one lane and employees have to take your order on a i-pad type device. Doesn't make much sense! But after getting our order, and trying our drinks we will come back, just May go inside to get our order. But you will have to try it yourself and see! read more

Extremely unprofessional staff. I went to the walk up window to order two small drinks and waited for an eternity. As I'd been waiting for almost 15 minutes, another customer walks up to the window, places an order, and his order is ready (almost immediately) before mine. The worker looks at me and says sorry we are taking so long as the drive thru customers take priority. I ask how the other walk up customer received his order before me, she says because he's a regular. What?? I was livid. To top things off, the Aqua Berry tea that I finally received was the worst tea I'd ever had! It literally tasted like water flavored with syrup, and I asked for black tea as the base. The drinks here are tasty and I love how they always have new featured drinks. However, if you have extra time to sit in line for 20+ mins, then you got a lot of patience. I don't mind small talk, but the line takes forever since all they do is talk. We just want our coffee and go! The line system isn't ideal either. You could be waiting in one line for the longest and another car pulls up and they take their order. This location is close and the only coffee shop on this side of Brazos Town Center. read more

Love the coffee and the service but the drive through moves ENTIRELY TOO SLOW!!!! I went this past Sunday morning at 6:20 and was the 3rd car in line. I drove off at 6:41with 1 car still ahead of me to order. I know they are trying to provide a great customer service experience but 1 car every 10+ minutes is too long so I ended up leaving along with the 2 cars that came after me.
