This used to be my go to Dutch bros as it's closest and most convenient for me but I have been so disappointed the last few visits. I have been placing online orders so it's ready by the time I get there but every. single. time. I do, i end up waiting more than 5-10 minutes after estimated pick up time. I once placed it ahead of time and waited almost 20 minutes after the set pick up time. I had to leave because I was late to picking up my kids from school but as I was pulling out of my parking spot, they called my name so I rushed to grab it and I was super late to picking up my kids that they had to wait in the office. I didn't place an order since then but today I decided to give them another shot, but yet again I waited about 6 minutes at the window. My original pick up time was 9:04, got there around 9:08 in hopes it would be ready but I got my drink at 9:13. That is almost 10 minutes past my original pick up time. The employees here are super nice but I'm tired of waiting longer for my drink if I do an order pick up. I think I'll be ordering from a different Dutch bros from now on. read more

It was an unusually warm March weekend, and my husband and I wanted something refreshing to drink. We haven't been to Dutch Bros in a hot minute, but we saw on the app that they are now serving popping boba beverages, and I've been wanting to try them out for a while! I didn't want to have any caffeine this late in the day (it was around 6 pm), but my husband is fine with caffeinated drinks, so he opted for the fire lizard rebel, while I chose the blackberry lemonade. We both got larges and the boba in each were perfectly textured and popped nicely. I really enjoyed how the strawberry boba paired with my blackberry lemonade. My husband normally gets rebels when we go to Dutch Bros, but he mentioned that this new rebel is one of his new favorites. Service was fast and friendly, and it's nice to have a location in the Rosemont area, conveniently off the 16 for us. This Dutch Bros is right next to a Chinese restaurant/donut shop, but the drive thru and building itself is clean and well-kept. I came a few weeks ago this guy was taking my order and he was trying to rush me it felt like while i was ordering. And i came a few days ago and this girl at the window no smile, nothing. I like to think of myself as a Dutch Bros connoisseur, so my rating really has more to do with the service and quality of this particular location. The location convenience is great because it's right next to our favorite donut shop. Typically I go place an order for a break sandwich at then donut shop, then walk over to get my coffee at Dutch Bros while I wait. The drive thru is great, just like every other Dutch Bros. But the walk-up is terrible. You have to push a button to get someone to take your order and the employees seem really annoyed to to come take the order. I've also noticed that the order takes a little longer than when in the drive thru. read more

Staff was friendly and the location has two drive-thru lanes to make things go a bit faster. I haven't frequented Dutch Bros many times before, so this was actually my first time ordering and tasting the Golden Eagle, a Dutch Bros "Classic" menu item. I was excited when this location opened. Unfortunately they continue to fall short. From the drinks being inconsistent to the prices advertised different then gets charged. Today I ordered a blue lagoon lemonade which was advertised as $6.25. I was charged $7.45. I get to the window and the drink looks nothing like the picture. The strawberry fruit that topped with was non existent. I don't know if the crew needs further training but I hate that my local Dutch bro continues to fall short. read more

This is the second time I have gone to this location. The drinks are made shabby and over priced . I asked for whip cream on top and this is what I got an extra charge . When the employee handed me the drink and I said "this should be with whip cream" she said it does just hard to see , even she knew that it was made shabbily but still handed it to me . This is my absolute favorite Dutch Brothers location! So happy they finally opened a Dutch over here. The service is amazing! I love how the Baristas are friendly but not fake like a lot of other locations and they're pretty fast ! Also, I love how the workers who take the orders don't ask for the tips, that is so awkward, almost every other location I go to always asks for a tip- i generally tip more when I don't feel pressured, so this location gets another thumbs up on that:) and more tips from me, lol also a great bonus is that the other customers in the drive thru (this is one of those annoying merge into one line locations) but generally the other customers are friendly too and pay attention and go in order (unlike the I believe Manzanita one) anyways, definitely recommend this Dutch Brothers! read more

My local spot down the street. Coffee is always amazing. 70% of the time, great service. The other 30%, is slow and bad service. I stopped going here, but was jonsin' for some of their tasty treats, so stopped by, only one person in drive thru, and one out front. But service was extremely slow that a line built up so much i just left, since nobody even says anything to you. I had spoke to their manager before, and she just said at the time, "not our fault, people called in sick". After that interaction this was first time back. Hate being this guy, but goodness, bad service, which is different than slow service, I cannot stand. read more

I came here for the first time yesterday with family. (First time at a a Dutch Bros.). We ordered two hot oat milk mochas and a decaf Americano. They all tasted great. The best part of this location were the friendly workers . The girl who took our order was very kind and friendly and so was the lady at the window who gave us our drinks. The drinks weren't ready immediately so the lady at the window made friendly conversation with us until they were ready. (We waited only a few minutes total for the drinks.) I've been to this location several times hoping it would get better but it never does. Vero is the assistant manager and I have never met someone as unprofessional as her. I watched her give one of the girls outside so much attitude. She came off very bossy and intrusive. I was hoping to not have to come into contact with her but unfortunately she sat there at the window with a blank stare. I sat there and was ignored. I had a few questions regarding the sticker day but she did not look at me once and didn't say a word. She then proceeded to hand me a drink that was made incorrectly. I hope this location finds a better manager because it seems to be going down hill with the mistreatment by upper management. One of my go-to spots for good coffee! I love their Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and Golden Eagle Chai. I would say, though, that they are more on the sweet side, but flavors are really good! There's always a line here whether driving through or walking in but service time is reasonable. read more
