Dutch Shine is an unbelievably talented husband and wife duo (Phebe and Sarah) that I'm so happy I found. I've hired them for pressure washing, gutter guard install, and window cleaning. They do exceptional quality work, very hard-working, detailed and careful, and have great pricing. They are terrific and will use them again in the future without a doubt. Most recently, I hired them after installing new windows -- stickers and paint everywhere all over the windows and now they are SPOTLESS. They are so clean you can actually see a few very fine scratches trapped inside the glass from the manufacturing process. Dutch Shine cleaned my windows yesterday and they look terrific!! It is amazing how much brighter our house looks with professionally cleaned windows. My husband cleans our windows regularly with Windex, but this is a whole new level of clean - my windows sparkle. I can really tell a significant difference! We have a single story ranch style house with mostly old single pane aluminum windows with grids. They scrubbed, scraped and re-scrubbed each individual pane around the whole house, inside and out. I still have the original, steel windows on my 62 year old house. For years I avoided caring for my windows assuming that the glass was stained, and the window frames were covered in mildew. When I contacted Dutch Shine they were quick to respond, provide a quote and worked with my schedule. I can't believe how great my windows look. The glass is so clean it looks like there is no glass there. And, they did a fantastic job cleaning the frames too. Why did I wait so long? I love my windows now. The quote was very reasonable, and I scheduled my cleaning on the spot. When my windows were cleaned, the crew was on time, very professional, and did an excellent job getting my windows in tip top shape. Found out I was moving on a Thursday. Saw a realtor on Saturday. Started packing on Monday. House being staged for photos for the following Monday. Needed the windows cleaned on short notice. Dutch Shine was booked but said they'd call if they could squeeze me in. They called back later that day but I had to be elsewhere while they were here. They did an amazing job!! Excellent work! Their communication is fantastic. They tell you everything up front and hold to their schedule and quality. My windows and tracks have never looked so clean and after many years they needed a good cleaning. They were so respectful when moving furniture inside to not cause any floor damage to get to the windows or any water damage to the sills or walls. We had that issue before with another company. I had Dutch Shine work on a family member's house in Dallas who is elderly and no longer up to such tasks. The owner has a great work ethic and is very neat. When they were done the glass looked like it wan't there at all because there was no dust, no spots and not a single streak! What really impressed me though was two months later, Dutch Shine was working on a house down the block and they must've noticed that a bird had pooped on the glass front door.
