Last week there was a lot of rain and extreme weather so Darla stayed in touch for a rain-free day so that our windows would look their best once done and fit us into their schedule. Communication is key in any vendor relationship and Darla was quick to respond with multiple time windows (pun intended!) and we ended up with windows so clean it looks like they aren't even there. I had 26 windows to be cleaned for our home, and I hadn't cleaned the exterior of the windows since moving into the house 2 years prior. The team of two cleaning technicians called about an hour before our scheduled time and asked if I would like them to come a bit earlier because their prior appointment finished earlier than they estimated. I said yes, they said they would be at my place in about 10 minutes and they did arrive within 10 minutes. The two technicians split up, one did the interiors, and the other did the exteriors. They were very polite, professional and talented. They finished the job in about an hour and 10 minutes which I thought was speedy. I couldn't be happier with the results. What a difference it makes to have every window sparkling clean for the upcoming summer. With tax, the job cost just over $400. I highly recommend Dutch Shine! read more

I was very impressed with the service of this well run company. I had two large leaded glass bay windows that are 45 years old, They are the kind with the small diamond shaped panes and I don't think they had ever been really cleaned.They had developed what I thought was permanent film or etching on both sides. I had attempted in vain to clean them with every type of products I could find but nothing worked. I was convinced they were never going to look good again.
