Update to my review. I have to downgrade Dutch's Hauling significantly for deciding they will not pick up any recycling anymore because they have a conflict with the enforcement personnel for the County. They did so with no advanced warning to their customers. We learned this from the local newspaper. After which we received a notice that if you want to recycle. Do it yourself. This despite an ordinance that requires all trash haulers. In the area to participate in recycling or be fined. Well there are many other trash haulers who do follow the law and don't tell their customers tough luck do it yourself. Pretty shameful way to treat their customers. read more

Moved to the Loop community in 2024. Every trash service I called said they don't service my neighborhood - except Dutch's Hauling. I'm thankful for this company as they go the extra mile to make sure everyone has great service for a great price. read more

This is a wonderful company. Very professional. I am so sorry they are being harassed by irc recycling. I hope this organization will begin working with the trash haulers and not against them. I would hate to lose this company as my hauler. read more

I have lived in Altoona for 19 years now and have had several different trash haulers. I have been being serviced by Dutch's Hauling for the past 4 or 5 years now and will not switch again. They are the best of the best. They are very efficient and personable. When I first came to Altoona we hired Dutch's to haul a house clean out pile, years later we rented a Roll-Off Container from them; this is when we decided to try their Weekly Trash Collection Service and we are so glad that we did......I am here to tell you these guys ROCK!!!!!! read more
