Since The Son is in Medical Assistant school, we've wound up at Duty Station a few times now for various stuff, such as scrubs, lab coat, and related items. The first visit was nice and pleasant, with plenty of assistance finding the prescribed attire. Today's visit, for a lab coat, was extra nice, because the gentleman behind the counter not only helped us find the right one, but remembered The Son from previous visits. That's the kind of thing that makes me a repeat customer. Lots and lots of selections, probably more than I can begin to explain, since that's not my area of expertise, but other than not carrying men's shoes, which I kind of understand, they've hit the mark every time we've been there. Prices seem reasonable, and they seem to have a good spread across the price spectrum, but they don't push you to the higher end stuff. Good people, plenty of selections, and reasonably priced. Doesn't get much better than that. read more

I'm still on the mission of figuring out the scrubs world for Colin. When visiting Duty, it made a little more sense. Some that are cheaper are heavier on the polyester side while others seem more comfortable with cotton. Price range varies here but I was so pleased to get 2 sets for $55 and splurge a little on a jockey brand that was so soft. Even though they didn't have his size of pants available, they ordered some and will call me for pickup when in. The store is well organized and fantastically clean. There's a monogramming service on site and there's a 10 percent off your entire first purchase with Yelp checkin! HOLLA! read more

Went in and immediately the vibe in the store was not welcoming, I was looking around and I was never in a rush but apparently they were, as I'm looking one of the elderly women come up to me throw some pants at the rounder kind of aggressively like as if I'm taking too long to find something and says " I'm gonna pull some for you since apparently you can't find any" I left after that because I was uncomfortable, felt like I could take my time and look with comfort without someone bugging me either by staring at me or being rude. read more

Older woman is great and very helpful, the man is very rude and judgmental. He is very particular, sexist and watches your every move as if you were trying to steal or something. To the old man working in this store in the gray scrubs....it's not polite to look someone in the face and not speak! This is a great place to shop for scrubs. I'm not sure why more people don't know about it! A coworker told me one day and now it's the only place I go. In addition to having a great selection and a very helpful staff, they have a 10% hospital/student discount and free embroidery for multiple hospital logos. Highly recommended! read more

They have a moderate selection of uniforms. But NEVER have I been treated so poorly. The man that works in there is literally always very very rude, downright belittling, and I leave feeling terrible about my experience every time. He literally threw an ink pen at me one time when he was throwing a fit that I asked him to correct part of the transaction that was incorrect. I am shocked they have stayed open with how poorly they treat people. I vowed to never give them my business again. read more

Lots of scrubs and the staff was nice. The student discount and yelp discount were an awesome relief for a traveling/starving student.

This business works closely with the nursing school that I am attending. They sold a $130 stethoscope to me. When I found out that a nursing kit from the bookstore was required which included a stethoscope, I returned to Duty Station to return this unopened stethoscope. They refused to accept it, even though the lady was aware that this item was a duplicate and unopened/undamaged. This business has lost my future business and many of my classmates. In addition, I hope that my school will discontinue their contract. This is poor customer service and I discourage anyone from shopping here. read more

This is the cleanest and nicest store that I have ever bought scrubs from. The staff was very helpful and kind. They have lots of brand names that I have never seen before. My favorites are the New Balance & the Jockey brands. They are so soft & comfortable that they feel like I just put on my favorite pair of sweat pants. Thank you to all your staff for the superior customer service and for showing me your new brands. I really appreciated the same day monogram service. I highly recommend your store to my friends.
