"Alms, sir?...Alms?...Alms for the cd, kind sir?...Alms for the dvd to feed a kind, gentle and yet meager young lad, sir?...Alms?" This is a great store to waste some time in, but it is not the store in which to get your bankroll back on Seasons 1-5 of "Desperate Housewives" dvd collection that you bought at Sam's Club back in February... The problem of course is that they were very overpriced when it came to used CDs--who is going to spend eight dollars on a used Folk Implosion album? Someone, perhaps, but not me. Not that it matters, of course: no one buys CDs anymore anyway. The patience and time they took to diagnose some tedious set up and finding a specific app that was the key issue with the other device is the epitome great customer service. Best Buy couldn't even help me with the issue I had. This crew is great.
