This is one awesome food truck and they specialize in my favorite meat - BRISKET! The sandwich was good and I don't like coleslaw but theirs is the best I've ever had. I called before hand to make sure I had the right location. They offered samples to try but that just made me spend more money. The chicken with green chili baked potato was delicious but the brisket sandwich was my favorite! The food truck/trailer was very clean and well presented. I ate in my truck but the owners knocked on my window to see how I liked it and if I needed any additional napkins. read more

Just used Bruce and crew for staff appreciation lunch and breakfast. Wow is all we can say....YUM! Bruce was communicative through the booking process, brought their whole menu for lunch and accommodated special menu needs. I happened upon this gem of a food truck when taking my wife to a doctor appointment. The menu was varied and centered around smoked BBQ brisket and chicken. My first foray into the menu was the brisket sandwich; a bit spendy, I thought. To my surprise, it was worth every bit of the $13; tender, juicy, not overly sauced, letting the flavor achieve maximum effect AND there was plenty of meat.! My second visit, did not fare as well. I arrived just as they were closing. The owners are a friendly couple and offered me sample of their chicken quesadilla (they had just exhausted their supply for the day - pretty good planning when you run out of something just at closing). Mighty tasty! I can just imagine how the brisket quesadilla might taste. Bottom line, excellent food, good menu and wonderful service. Worth every star. read more

Excellent food truck serving up top quality smoked chow! I had the opportunity to sample the house brined corned beef (brined 29 days per the owner/chef) - and will certainly get the Reuben next time there. The meat was superb - lightly smoked but full of brine spices and aromatics. The slow smoked brisket sandwich came topped with an amazing mound of homemade coleslaw - full of roasted slivered almonds, dried cranberries, and a perfect dressing. The sammich was loaded with beef - perfectly smoked and tender - and topped with smoked cheese and a cumin based chipotle aioli. All smashed between a Reality Kitchen bun. Amazing. Also picked up a quarter pound of house smoked jerky - really soft, flavorful, and mild but full of smoky goodness. The pride of food preparation and attention to quality is obvious and comes through in the final product. One more really good addition to the ever-growing food truck scene . . . read more

I work right around the corner and am remiss for not stopping by here sooner! Really, really, good brisket! I had the brisket sandwich. It was loaded with tender smoky brisket and a fantastic coleslaw. The bun on this sandwich was perfection as well. I am to understand the buns come from Reality Kitchen. Do a google search for Reality Kitchen Eugene and be blown away by what this non profit does for our community. This place has the best smoked brisket. I've never liked brisket until trying it here. Fresh bread on sandwiches. I've been coming out to these guys for about a year. The kitchen is immaculate and food is consistent and the owner works his own truck. They're parked out near cash n carry in Springfield tues&weds I believe. This is a great place to grab a meal. This red food truck and it's friendly owner and staff make a wonderful variety of smoked dishes. I love the nachos, but every other time I try something new, I have yet to be disappointed. You have to try it for yourself, especially if you like smoked brisket. read more
