The letter was password protected and he let me simmer all weekend until he finally sent me the password on Monday morning. Soon after I had retained him I decided to hire someone who specialized in family law and international custody. He charged the retainer fee ($2500) and never provided any detail for how he used the hours. He said he would refund me and never did. I asked Mr Kroll a few times for a refund and he ignored me.
