I should note that I spent about 2 hours prior to calling George with tech support from my anti-virus software provider and my Internet Service Provider and neither were able to help me). -I had a list of random problems prepared to make good use of the hour. He stayed a little past the hour (and only charged me for one hour), solved all of the issues and my system is working a lot more efficiently. One thing- he does not use a Blackberry and did not seem to know all that much about them. He was honest about that which scores points in my book, but I don't know if he is your best resource for BB's. He has a very easy going personality.
