Pros: Veteran owned company Professional business Care for my property Cons: Honestly none I called Jason and had him come out for a quote on Monday. He was on time and professional. He took the time to identify every tree on the property and check for not only rot but infestations. I know dropping trees isn't cheap but his business model was fair. He gave me a written quote and we discussed how we wanted to work. I took a week on the quote. The following Monday we discussed work and Tuesday morning he and his crew were on my property. I got handshakes and time with each crew member which is rare and they went to work. Not 1 time did I feel my property wasn't being respected. They not only cleaned up after themselves but left my property better than it was upon arrival. Before doing anything they checked with me. (Can I drive on your grass? Do you need the firewood.) We discussed that after the trees were cut they would cut the stumps to ground level and we would discuss stump grinding costs. After numerous excuses about their chainsaws being broken or trying to make a living and not having the time they have came back to our house twice to cut the stumps. Here we are 2 years later and 4 out of our 6 stumps are still 2-3 foot above ground. The moral of the story is when dealing with Level Up Tree Service make sure the job is complete before you pay them in full.

He bumped me several times for bigger jobs and I told him that he was not doing me right. He will look you straight in the face and tell you your furniture will be ready in two more weeks and then it's not. He actually has not even started on your furniture. It's very frustrating.
