It denied our claim regarding water damages to our…read morehome in Taylors, SC about which we had no way of knowing -- our discovery of the damages were in fact sudden, as the damages were hidden from sight for quite some time, yet State Farm didn't even bother to send an agent to our home to investigate. It merely denied our claim because it refuses to deal with any kind of water damages to a home that didn't occur in an instant of time (apparently like a tornado). We've spoken with many other experienced people as witness who have all said State Farm is the absolute WORST insurance company. So for your own sake, consider staying clear of State Farm Insurance.

It was then that I glanced over and noticed the State Farm office and thought surely they must have a notary on site. I wandered in and inquired and was directed to Ed. Despite my not being a policy holder, he happily notarized my document for me. In today's crazy world, we have to help out our fellow man, and I appreciate Ed doing just that. I didn't want use Google simply because I was severely hacked the last time I when I did use Google. After using Safari, the hacking became was much less. That's beside the point. my point is that I, only did it, because this lady was so special and went over and above for me, which I am adamant about someone as special as Sandra G. being recognized. as I am all over the place she stayed very calm and caring! I could feel it. I had questions that were important to me. I could tell she was smiling right over the phone. She's outstanding, patient and went over and above for me making me giving me peace of mind! :-) seems like I am always overwhelmed with all the details in my life. Please don't get me wrong, but when I first signed up with State Farm, I spoke with Christin who is also very nice!! but being that it was all new to me, I feel like she should've explain things to me so I could understand everything or a lot more than I did.
