The wine choice is complicated by the fact that you are blind to the menu. We spoke to Chris about this, and he helped us choose a wine. Then the food started to come out. I believe two courses were served in the living room with the sparkling wine before we were all invited to the living room where our other wine was waiting for us on our table.
