It's a small store with a healthy selection of novels. It stocks generally popular fiction in most genres. The staff are really friendly and there are always sales going on and it's a place I visit when I'm at Chermside to see what new releases are in.

Tuesday evening was the prime time I decided to search for a green shirt to wear (school spirit and all). I left Kmart after a 15 minute trip (including parking) holding a $3 shirt. THREE DOLLARS. What. Even. So you want a bargain? Go to Kmart. Honestly. I don't even understand. I also bought my lady a pie machine for Christmas from there. I'm hoping she won't read this, but it was $12 and it's fantastic. So impressed. Kmart also has self serve checkouts for those who like, as well as normal checkouts. The staff on the door I've noticed are quite nice. There's also a Kmart Tyre and auto. If you weren't aware Kmart is actually in Toombul shopping centre, conveniently close to the undercover parking. If you've not been to Kmart for a while, as I hadn't, you really must take a look.

On both occasions, I took the machine back to the Morafield store where it was purchased and sought their assistance. I wasn't disappointed on either occasion. Today, Nicholas was most polite and very helpful. He worked out how to access the paper jam very quickly and had my printer back in good shape in no time. I literally stumbled across Connected Inc. while out on a walk waiting for a car repair to finish…read more A large sign advertised an Op-Shop located in a hive of post WWII warehouse buildings so the location made me curious enough. I made my way past a few of the buildings until I found Connected, which was simple with the number of cars driving past me to park there. Once inside, it appeared to be the usual array of used/vintage clothing, toys, books, costume jewelry, cutlery and more. But the place had a certain mysterious charm unlike others I've been in and the people shopping there seemed to be truly in need of such discounted and used items, unlike many of the "white" privileged masses I see who simply go there on a whim to see how much money they may save on a particular item, if they can find it, when they could certainly afford to pay full price. Connected Inc. is a not-for-profit charity providing practical aid and assistance to people affected by hardship, domestic violence, natural disasters and more. It's motto is "Rebuilding People's Lives" and it seems to be doing a pretty epic job at that. Donations are welcomed. www.connectedinc.org.au

This is your typical EB Games store, they sell games for all of the current generation consoles…read more(Xbox One, PS4, Wii U) as well as for PC and older consoles like the Xbox 360 and the PS3. They also sell a number of pop culture related items, such as Pop Vinyl's and other various geeky items. Like all EB Games stores, they have the EB World loyalty program, and also offer game trade-ins. I am only giving this store three stars, as I have found one of their employees to be a bit rude and condescending. I won't go out of my way to visit this particular store again.

They've got the latest releases in books in addition to a wide range of favourites and they've got a huge selection of national and international magazines. The staff here are wonderful and nice and don't make me feel rushed as I browse for ages. I do get guilted into not buying anything, because they are so nice, but I never complain about the guilted purchase, it's always a good magazine or a good book from News Travels. A go to place in the International Airport.

I asked one how long he would be blocking the lighting isle (I would have come back) and all I got was attitude. I got my lamp after he moved his equipment, but he didn't like that I hadn't thanked him judging by the scowl on his face. I don't thank people with bad manners. The last time I was there I asked a guy to check stock. The face on him because I asked for help. The staff don't seem to realise that the store doesn't exist for their convenience. Stafford store is totally different. Friendly staff. Not sure what has changed, it used not to be like that. Management bringing down morale?

During…read morethat time we have had to suffer fledgling home improvement stores, like Mitre 10, with a lack of supplies and services, a disappointing inventory of stock, and a lackluster team behind the counter who "couldn't care less." So what a blessing it was when Bunnings decided on Keperra to open a new outlet, as we had previously been using the Stafford store. Bunnings, whether you love or loathe their variety of Chinese-made goods, is a God send when you need it. There's almost everything you need when emergencies arise, and a variety of items for just DIY scenarios around the house or in the garden. It's of little surprise when I meet my neighbours most days and ask they about their plans for it. Bunnings Keperra seems to be always on the agenda. Nice one!
