I am a senior that likes working out during the morning. I feel very limited class options for seniors. The class called "dance" is nothing but hip hop jerking moves, which in my opinion is annoying. The Zumba class is again all kinds of quick movements with no consistency. It's never the same instructor and they all like make up playlist as they go through the class. I would like to see low impact STEP classes or just low impact aerobics with some repetition movements, so I'm not trying to figure out what I'm suppose to be doing with my arms and legs and then it suddenly changes. The all women's workout room is a joke. The equipment looks to be from the 90's. How degrading to us!!

It seems to constantly be dirty, the equipment is ALWAYS breaking with "out of order" signs on them, the design and positioning of the equipment makes no sense (one leg extension machine is nowhere near the other one?!?!), and there's no employee involvement with regard to homeless people using the locker rooms to actually wash their clothes in the showers! I personally don't tan here because everyone I talk to mentions the status of the beds and the thought makes me cringe...not to mention I'm always hearing about bulbs being out with no urgency to actually replace them. I'd love to reach out to the franchise owner personally but that seems impossible to do. I've asked for a response on my comments directly through the app but to no avail. I'd gladly pay more each month for updated equipment arranged by muscle group, clean floors and bathrooms, filled paper towel dispensers, and more attentive staff.

They seemed to do everything right; whereas other gyms in Knoxville only goes 90 percent. The facility is top notch, with lots of amenities like towel service and coffee. The equipments are well maintained. There are a ton of classes, with good instructors. The staff is very friendly. One our little ones had an accident, they even have extra pants for her. The only downside is that they are affiliated with Blue Fitness, for those who has BCBS. We ended up keeping our Blue Fitness for access to nationwide gyms and added this on top of our other gym access.

She introduced us and everyone made sure we felt welcomed. The programming was awesome and we didn't get too cray with the WOD.
