ruuuuude! Called to inquire about status of delivery and asked if they would please knock & drop in mailbox at door. Female on phone with heavy foreign accent rudely scolded me for asking for two instructions (knock AND drop at same time pfffft!) and proceeded to tell me that I should update my delivery instructions when I place orders with Amazon and that she already added ONE instruction: leave in mailbox. I'm sorry for my incredibly complicated request, NOT I just hope the delivery person doesn't leave it at one of the neighbors, or frisbee the package towards my door, as other reviewers have mentioned. read more

They just plain SUCK! This is the worst company it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. I have had to get Amazon to tell their sellers put Tforce/dynamex to the bottom of the list of my preferred couriers. I would take them off the list entirely if I could. They rarely even try and knock on the door or leave a note. The packages almost never arrive at my door. I end up having to go to their messy depot which is way the heck out in the airport commercial area; inconvenient as hell!!! read more

Do not ever use this company to deliver packages or receive. They just returned a package to Amazon because of incorrect postal code although the address was correct, city was correct and province was correct. They deliver to an address not postal code that has thousands of addresses in. They apparently are too stupid to just deliver to an address. Postal code has apparently been wrong for sometime but any and all other packages from Amazon thru Canada Post, or any other courier company have been delivered even with an error in postal code. We have had issues with them on many other deliveries, say they tried to deliver we are home they never were here, etc. When you call they are not helpful at all and quite rude. I have flagged them on all my accounts as do not use. read more
