After searching for a number of places that provided window tinting, I saw some reviews on Dynamic Auto Customs and wanted to give it a shot. Prices are fair (got a special on the tint around July 4th) compared to other locations and the quality of their installation is superb. I've called and been to their location before making the choice. I went with Llumar IRX 30/15% on my Tesla and am very happy with how it went. It's been 2 days now since the install and will check in a number of days just incase of bubbles and/or other issues. All in all, very responsive and quick. Got all the information I need. Had my windows done locally where I live 70 miles away in Menifee and there were tons of bubbles everywhere. The person left my interior trashed and tint pieces everywhere. Dynamic Auto Customs came up on Instagram and I took my tint off and brought my car to them. They did a great job. Office staff is great and returned my car clean and even smelling nice. Even a quarter of the price for better tint than the person in Menifee. Two weeks later I saw a bubble in the lower part of the back window and just asked if it's something that may get worse as it was very very low at the bottom near the black dots that circle the window. They asked me to bring it by. Thinking they could just hit it with the heat gun I figured sure because if it wouldn't get worse I didn't think it was a big deal. They took a look and redid it. Even a side window that had a tiny bubble. That was way beyond what I was thinking but greatly appreciate it. They eliminated that back of my head concern that 2 years from now the tint would've been peeling. Will be coming back for detail after I fix the dents and front crash someone did to my car. Don't expect them to take your car right away. they stop taking cars at 3 but if you show up at 3 they don't really start until an hour or more later. The film is actually pretty solid. Disappointed that I wanted all the windows dark and matching. In my vehicle the windows had factory tint, so I wanted them to match a 5% all around. the the Rear window is the only one that you are able to see into the vehicle. It's not as dark as the others. if I wanted it darker I'd have to pay to get it changed. When I initially stated I want all the windows matching. They blamed the light as a factor as to why it looked so light but this isn't my first time getting a window tint. I'm not trying to bash these guys what so ever. Requested quotes from different tint vendors on Yelp and TWT (The Windows Tinting) were one of the few that responded right away with a quote and description of their products. They carry high end products. My passenger side door panel was a bit wonky, but they didn't use the accessibility as an excuse but worked through it to get a clean job done. They had to redo it, but did not charge me extra. At the end they took the time to answer all my questions I had about tint care and also other inquires on future jobs for possible vinyl wrapping. There were some expected issues with the film, however, they were expecting this to happen which is why they make you come back in a week to give the PPF more time to settle in order to make the necessary touch ups...Sure enough they did.
