So I go to the front to ask for someone at the counter I get back & Adam makes some snarky comment about needing help they were standing at the end of the counter. Well how about doing your job & ask the customer standing there if they need help. Purchased 2 firearms at this store have no reason to ever return unless they have a sale on something I'm interested in. Absolute worst firearms purchase I've ever experienced. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. Not recommended. The whole thing was like pulling teeth took 3 trips to the store before any of the employees to have half a clue what I wanted despite having screenshots of their online sale items available at the Emporia Kansas store. Jesus Dunhams train your people, they're ignorant & frankly unpleasant to deal with. Terrible experience they acted like it was my fault that they didn't have a clue & that I was inconveniencing their day. I was so pissed at the experience I called another store to complain to the other store's manager because I felt whoever managed the Emporia location was too incompetent to comprehend my complaint & have yet to receive that phone call in over 10 days. Not recommended. Pathetic!

Not behind counter, but helping on the floor. I really like that. Names were all label clearly. Nice place, good people and better prices than I could find online for a few things. 479.00 marked down to 349.00 for the rifle I was looking at. They did have a store policy that would not let me purchase a long gun since I am from Colorado. Other neighboring states are fine. Just not Colorado. Cal-ranch has the same policy. Wish that policy was different, but a great addition to Emporia.

This is one of the smallest malls in America. Stopped in here because it was a half way point for…read moremeeting up with some friends. The beat thing they had was a sporting goods store. They also had Buckle, a pet store, Bath & Body Works, JC Penny and Claires. You could smell the popcorn from the movie theater. Other than that you are not missing anything. No food places.
