For my back issues (lower back/hips/neck/shoulder) I get attached to a tens machine and heat pad for a couple of minutes then I get adjusted. I am only just beginning a regimen (I've gone 3 times). I still have stiffness and pain but it used to be worse. I sense that my posture is better and my problem areas are more loose, meaning some range of motion has returned.
