We found a car online, so my husband and I drove to Dynamo auto sales from where we live in Tomball/ Magnolia area to take a look at the car. We got lucky with the salesman, Omar. Before we even drove out there, Omar had returned every text and answered every question I had about the Honda Accord which captured our interest. He was friendly, honest, and professional. After arriving, the car was exactly the same as they had advertised, so no gimmicks. We had the car inspected, dIscussed the financials, Omar took care of the paperwork and we were done in less than an hour. We drove home with our New-to-us car! We were looking for a car for our daughter and we had been to 4-5 places already and had all but given up when we came across Dynamo. We had such an amazing experience with Omar our sales representative!! Everything was seamless! We took the car out for a test drive and noticed some minor issues-when we came back and mentioned them to Omar he immediately wrote them all down and said he would get that taken care of. He even put it in writing that the items mentioned were fixed!! We did financing through our credit Union so he put together the paperwork needed to give to the bank. I came in on Saturday late afternoon and looked at a few cars. Found one I liked. I needed to bring in documents on Monday because they are closed on Sunday. I left $500 down payment and after Sam ran my card he told me he needed $1500 down payment to keep the payment at $350. The car needed 4 new tires so on Sunday I researched the cost. Monday morning at 8am I sent Sam a message that I cannot do the $1500 down payment because the tires will cost me over $500. He said no $1500. I thanked him for his time and told him to just refund my down payment. He said it was not refundable because he already did work on the car. LMAO!!!!!! YOU STILL HAVE TO CAR YOU A$$HOLE. VERY SHADY DEALERSHIP! There was a car listed I was interested in but the car fax stated there was an issue with the tittle. The car was marked as stolen!! Over the phone they did tell me there was an issue with the tittle and when I mentioned that yes I saw it had been labeled as theft they completely changed they tone. I was willing to wait for them to sort the problem out if they are now the rightful owners. They would not answer my calls and I decided to show up to look at the car in person ( the car was a rare manufacture color I really liked). When I showed up the parking was ridiculous and almost had my car scraped from someone leaving the dealership. Some employee told me that car was sold that morning. When I asked what about the tittle issue? I was informed the new owner was aware and was gonna take care of that. Too many fishy things going on for a place that isn't an aquarium. We paid cash when we purchased our vehicle from Omar and really thought we were getting an honest deal. Unfortunately, the radio didn't work right off the bat and new speakers were needed even though we were told the radio worked.Then the air conditioner broke and this is within the first 2 weeks of ownership. 4 weeks in, the radiator needs to be replaced then the head gasket is broken and a new motor is needed before we even received the license plates and registration the car is not even drivable. The most disappointing part was when Omar was informed about the situation he would not work with us at all. I would not recommend this dealer. The car appeared to be put together, but once it driven it it all came apart. Would not recommend buying from this dealer. read more

I would NOT recommend anyone coming here, especially if you need a little help!............... I was currently buying a Malibu Chevrolet from Sam, the owner. Of course there was a few issues with the vehicle. For instance my head lights were not working (the wiring was messed up), and I also didn't have spare tire(donut). I told Sam and he was giving me tires but never a spare tire, and the tires he gave me were too big. So they didn't fit. Remind you he has a shop next door. I had been buying this car since last year of August 2019. I had never been late on a payment. So I was up to date. But with this Pandemic(COVID-19) it was starting to get hard to make ends meet, So I called Sam, the owner, to make him aware of my situation, and that I would be late. Sam said there was nothing he can do, that he was going to have to come pick up the car........I had just a little over 3 more payments left on the vehicle. I was 7 days late when he decided to come and take the car. At the most I would have been 12 days late! This isn't how you run a business but this is how Sam runs his business. He kept the car and he didn't even give me a chance. The customer service was horrible, and if I could give a half a star or no stars, I would! I will never buy a vehicle from there again! read more
