So he applied a refund to my cashapp account. He then proceeded to charge me again for the correct battery. I explained to him that the refund was still pending and that the charge would not go through. His coworkers asked why he didn't do the proper steps. They pretty much laughed in his face. One year later bike has a stumble and almost stall when coming to a stop after driving a few miles. Went in and asked to talk to a tech and was told no you can't talk to a tech. The sales department is all about selling you a bike but the service department is a joke. My bike still has a warranty and I live 10 minutes from them but I'll take it 2 hours away to another dealership before going to them ever again.
