James provided professional and reliable taxi services during my recent trip to Pittsburg, Kansas…read more I had a flight to Joplin, MO super late and didn't know if I could rely on uber to get me to my hotel in Pittsburg. Luckily, my hotel recommended James and Helping Hand, and I'm so glad they did! I scheduled transport from and to the airport, and James was right on time and communicated every step of the way. Another passenger on my flight mentioned that she had scheduled an Uber that ended up not showing up - I was glad I had taken this route instead! I highly recommend this business. As a bonus, it's veteran-owned.
