Horrible service! Stay away from them…read more Here is my story - I signed a contract with Trugreen so they will treat my lawn since 2023. At least three different times in a year they sent me a notice saying a technician is on the way to do the the service (treat my lawn). I waited at home at all times, but the technician never showed up. The same day they sent me another email notice which says "TruGreen has completed your Free Service". This happened all three times. On the first incident, I called customer service and told them the technician never showed up. After they put me on hold for a few minutes they told me the technician went to a wrong address. They scheduled for another day, but they didn't show up again. Again I received another email which says "TruGreen has completed your Free Service". I called customer service again, they apologized and said would schedule for another day. I received another notice which says the technician is on the way, but never showed up. I called customer service again and told them the story (including the technicians name who was supposed to come), they hang up the phone on me and never reached out to me. My last incident was a week ago. Terrible service and the worst customer service I have ever seen. At this point, I want a full refund. I would never recommend TruGreen for a lawn service.
