Extremely disappointing experience. My vehicle was kept at a private residence rather than a commercial shop, and during the entire time my car was supposedly being worked on, I later learned the owner was hospitalized. No honesty, no transparency, just blatant lies that he was working on my car when HE NEVER DID ONE THING.Despite that, I continued receiving updates (via text from HIM)implying active work was being performed on my vehicle. STAY AWAY. All he had to do was be honest as any reasonable person would have understood. No, he decided to be deceitful and dishonest. I have the texts attached to support all of this. In addition my vehicle has cameras that I monitored - he never did one thing but kept assuring me " it was moving along." SMH. The facts simply did not match the communication I was receiving. If you're considering having work done on your vehicle, I would strongly recommend using an established, reputable business with a dedicated commercial facility, staff, and transparent communication.
