A half hour before the appointment I got a text that Tim couldn't take anything more on. In my reply the strongest thing I said was that canceling like that was not just unprofessional but also rude. The profanity filled response from Tim accused me of putting importance on my time over life. Apparently, Tim's girlfriend's father had some medical emergency. Tim did not mention this emergency or even tell me something came up in the previous message. He simply canceled without suggesting rescheduling. I could forgive the rudeness of canceling at the last minute as a one time mistake but cursing me out when I objected to his being rude shows this is not a good business to work with.

I go with my gut feelings with companies and I've dealt with a lot of companies this past week just moving into a house and I went with my gut feeling with her and it was one of the best decisions I ever made!! One window they installed they did a average job with no problems. However when they installed my…read morebathroom window it was done extremely poorly had to come out and fix it. The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.

***WARNING*** These guys were great up until the point of…read morepreforming the work. Josh seemed to be a nice guy in the beginning. Day 1 they had a crew of around 8 guys to install sheet rock. Day 2 only two guys showed up and the first thing that came out of their mouth was wow I have never done this before. Over the next few days they did horrible work, we had to keep showing them what to do. We would inform their supervisor Joe that this is not escapable work please fix this. We had this conversation almost every day and nothing different would happen. Instead, he got mad at us for taking up his time. Very poor management. They got about 1/4 of the way through the project and demanded more money, they already had half down and we said no, you are only 1/4 of the way done. After that they pulled off the job and would not communicate at all with us. They came back to the job a few days later to grab their equipment and they took all the other contractors' ladders and scaffold ect. We had to get the sheriff involved. Long story short, this company was a nightmare, and I hope nobody else has to go through what we did with these guys ***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***
