Great place for food, service was just okay. The waitress was somewhat rude. Food took a while. Anyways the food was amazing and I'd come back for that, super flavorful and good price/portion size.

OK listen the thai food was totally fine but that's not important because LISTEN OK LISTEN the thai tea here is the best in the city, maybe even the best I've ever had and it's unique. You might think thai tea mostly tastes the same and you're right, there's often not a lot of variance, but here they bring a bold nuanced tea flavor balanced perfectly with just enough creaminess and sweetness to give you an out-of-this-world experience. Don't sleep on it! Oh yeah the food ok sure I got the khai mon gai which was decent, hit the spot, but DID I MENTION THE THAI TEA?!

Tastes very 'authentic' and low key place in the international district. Service was good. Staffs are friendly. We ordered pad see ew and the recommended noodle soup, yen ta fo. Both were very good. The noodles are chewy and more ribbon/layered vs single layered rice noodles. It absorbs lots of the broth and sauce from the stir frying. It has good 'wok' heat. The Yen ta fo has lots of seafood in sweet sour to moto like base. Large shrimps, fish balls, fish cakes, squid and tofu. Very filling and great for sharing. would like to return to try the other dishes.

Pak mor. Great, would order again.

Place your order at the counter, then wait for them to bring out the food. We got the pak mor and noodle soup with ground pork (I can't remember the name). The pak mor dumplings were delicious and unique. The skins were silky and paired well with the ground pork texture. Dipping sauces were tasty too. Get the large order, you won't regret it. The soup was too sweet; would've been great to have some more acidity, so we would skip this next time. Lastly, it took about 45 minutes to get our food on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't a game day either. I'm going to assume that this is an anomaly. If it wasn't for the slow speed, I'd recommend this as a great spot to visit before a game. It's in the same building as Hood Famous and Dough Zone. We look forward to trying again!

Had high hopes for this one because of the reviews but the chicken did not taste good at all. In both dishes that had chicken in them, the chicken had that weird chicken taste that you get the ick from. The papaya salad was REALLy good i recommend this one. The khai soi was solid but chicken ruined it a little for me. Service was decent. Ambiance was okay. The decor is kinda weird. Not sure if i would recommend this place.

Came here before a soccer game at Limen Field Stadium and got decently surprised! We had their signature Khao Mun Gai (Thai Hainanese-style poached chicken rice) and Khao Be Teng (sweet braised pork rice), and both were excellent. Coming from Asia, we can confidently say the flavors felt truly authentic and comforting. We also really appreciated the cute decor, spacious seating, and friendly staff, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot we'd come back to whenever we're craving legit Thai food!

Located 2 blocks from Lumen Field and across the street from Union Station, this is a great spot if you're craving Thai in the International District/Chinatown area! If it looks full inside, it probably is because seating is limited and it's more of a take-out style place. They have about 5-6 seats facing the windows, bar style and about 6-7 half booth table setups. The booth style seating is on the cramped side, but the table itself is more than enough room for a few dishes. I suggest going around 3-5pm on the weekdays, there's a good chance of finding parking as well as a table. The service was great! The cashier was very kind and allowed for more than enough time to check out the menu and ask questions. They bring the food out to you a few minutes after you've placed the order. They were great about asking checking up on us despite it being more take-out style. Similar business, just tell you to have a great day and then never come back around to check up on you, but they actually came back around at least 2-3 times in the 30-45min visit that my friend and I had. My fiend ordered the Khao Soi Chiang Mai which was rich is flavor in every last bite. I believe he went with 2spice level which honestly didnt seem spicy at all, but delicious nonetheless. The creaminess of the dish feels like it would be extremely filling. I would rate this 8/10, I would recommend. I ordered the Su Kho Thai Noodle Soup. Again, flavor in every bite. The first thing you'll notice about this dish is the light sweetness to it, but then it evolves to a savory light soup. I would say this is on the light side, but would fill up the average. I would rate this 8/10, I would recommend! One of the cashiers brought us a bread with pandan on top, and DANG that was great. Super simple and delicious! Not sure if this was offered on the menu or not but it was a great surprise from the team there! 100% visit this place. It won't disappoint. You'll be happy you stopped by :)

We stopped here because the restaurant next door was closed for lunch. Not knowing what to expect, we were delightfully surprised! The flavors here are tastebud bursting! We'll come back the next time we're in town!

Pad See Ew with Chicken 5/5
    Nhue G.

The food is superb here despite the casual feel. After entering, you would order food at the counter and a server will bring the food out for you. Service was friendly. Portion was good. They make fresh homemade rice noodles that were amazing. Get dishes that have these and you won't be disappointed. * Pak Mor Yuan 5/5 - These were Asian ground pork wrapped in silky soft, steamed, homemade rice paper. They came with a citrusy, slightly spicy sauce that was so addicting. This was the best of everything we got. * Pad See Ew with Chicken 5/5 - Pad See Ew is my favorite dish at Thai restaurant. Here, they took it a step further with homemade rice noodles that were soft, chewy, and delicious. It was like eating a pillowy cloud, a different texture than what the Pak Mor Yuan offered. The combination of sweet and savory soy sauce flavor was on point. * Drunken Noodles 5/5 - The noodles were the same as in the Pad See Ew, but with different vegetables and sauce. This was so good also. * Khao Soi Chiang Mai 3/5 - The most average of everything we tried. This was a curry dish served with egg noodles. The noodles were soggy from the sauce and not good like the homemade rice noodles. The curry flavor was also alright, not bold or delicious like the other dishes.

This was a great find in Chinatown just a few steps away from the light rail station. The menu was unique and seemed to have some Chinese food influence. We tried the beef noodle soup and the ba mee hang and it was delicious! We went for lunch on a weekend and it was packed so would definitely recommend coming early. Seating is very limited which is probably my only complaint. Setting is casual, employees are friendly. A must try if you are exploring the area!

Goay Teaw Lord and Pak Mor Youn (9pcs)
    Amy L.

We've been here a couple of times. The homemade noodles are excellent, as are all the dishes we've had so far. Good sized portions and we loved the different sauces that came with each dish. We also appreciated that the owner stopped to talk to each table. We recommend the Pak Mor Youn, House Noodles, and Goay Teaw Lord. Save room for the mango sticky rice! The location is a block from the ID/Chinatown Link station so it's convenient to take transit. Both times we came on a weekday evening, no Mariners game, so there was no waiting for a table.

    Nicole P.

pros: friendly quick service, communal spice/water station cons: limited seating, found a bug in my food I ordered the su kho thai and the broth was interesting, not tom yum based at all, very sweet and there was no typical "hot and sour" taste if that's what you're expecting. when ordering i repeated twice to add shrimp and the waiter still forgot, so i had to order on the backend. halfway through i found a bug in my soup and lost my appetite. i'm not expecting michelin star quality but maybe turn on a light in the kitchen so bugs aren't getting in peoples food ??

    Leah W.

Good food, incredibly nice staff, food came out quickly and was able to dine with family. I would recommend this place. Food felt light and fresh.

They have locations both in Downtown Seattle and Greenlake, but I have only been to their Downtown Seattle location which has a beautiful view of the Puget Sound. The atmosphere is dark, trendy, and modern- perfect for a date night or nice evening out. While they are a white table cloth, sit-down restaurant, you can dress casually or dress up a bit - both are completely acceptable. This most recent visit I ordered the COCONUT PANANG CURRY with chicken ($25.95) and my friend ordered her favorite dish, SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE ($28.95). On a past visit, I've had their CLAY POT SHRIMP & GLASS NOODLES (KOONG OB WOONSEN) ($27.95) which was absolutely fantastic and has had me hooked on Pad Woonsen ever since! I saw the COCONUT PANANG CURRY recently in my Instagram feed and knew I had to get it. It is served in a whole coconut (yes a real, fresh coconut!) and comes with a champagne flute of fresh coconut juice from the coconut they hollowed out and a side of Jasmine rice. The curry was rich, flavorful, and full of Thai basil and peppers. The coconut juice was light and refreshing and a great contrast to the thick curry. The SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE (which I've sampled before), is gigantic, aromatic, and served with a giant grilled garlic butter fillet of salmon on top. The salmon is extremely moist, oily, and bursting with flavor. The rice is fragrant and has garlic paste, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onion. If you're looking for a tasty and protein-packed meal, this is the dish! Parking is honestly tough in this area as it's located on 1st. They have limited street parking and a few paid parking garage options around. I recommend light railing or Ubering here if you're not already in the downtown Seattle area. Service is always great and we always get our food quickly, no matter how crowded they are. The staff also take the time to check up on your table during your meal. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

Time to try it out on a beautiful Spring day in Seattle. It's located close to Pike Place Market so planning a fun day involving these two places was a breeze. The restaurant had a beautiful Thai interior. The chairs we were seated in were not that comfortable, however. Service was efficient and straightforward. We ordered an appetizer and two dishes. The dishes were salmon fried rice and Pad Sei-Iew. I feel bad but we were not that impressed with their food. Fried rice was really salty and Pad Sei-Iew was also on the saltier side. I am not sure if we will return given the lackluster quality of the foods. Perhaps when we have another outing in the downtown area, we might give it a try again to try other dishes.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we were looking forward to the bold flavors we've come to love. The visit started off a bit oddly. The front desk server, Tar, asked to see my wife's ID--even though she's 36 years old and we weren't seated in the bar area. It felt inconsistent, especially since younger guests nearby weren't asked, and it's something we've never experienced at their other locations. Unfortunately, moments like that made us feel singled out, and honestly it sometimes feels like they tend to pick on Asians, whether intentional or not. That feeling alone made the experience uncomfortable and will likely make this our last visit to this location. That said, the table service was excellent. Moo took great care of us, and Cece from the bar was attentive and kept our water filled throughout the meal. Unfortunately, there were a few moments that took away from the experience. While I was taking photos of our dishes, a young staff member alongside Tar appeared to be giggling and mocking me, which made things uncomfortable. It may not have been intentional, but it didn't feel professional and only added to the awkward atmosphere we already felt. Food-wise, there were some inconsistencies. The chicken didn't taste as good as we remember, and several plates had visible fingerprints, which was off-putting. The galvanized metal plates also gave off a slightly unrefined feel--more like cafeteria-style serving ware. Additionally, the sticky rice, which is usually presented in a traditional bamboo basket, was served in a Ziploc bag, which felt like a downgrade in presentation. On a positive note, the papaya salad and pad Thai were still very good and delivered the flavors we expect. We'll continue supporting Isarn, but we'll likely return to the Kirkland or Lynnwood locations next time. Sadly, after this experience, this Queen Anne visit will probably be our last.
