Luckily we did find a great home for a great price, now it was matter of deciding on what to do with it since we were leaving the area to our next assignment. After speaking with Mr. Coleman in person and getting information on what to do, with regards to selling or renting our home he gave me the numbers and the details of what would go into all of it. After making a decision to rent our home and agreeing to sign a contract for his property management services I felt at ease. Now it was up to him to get the house rented. Since we were PCSing during a non-PCS time of the year and my husband was finally coming home from a year long deployment it was now up to him to get perspective tenants interested in our home in a short amount of time.
