He then explained it again to my husband when he showed up. George was professional, patient, and excellent before installing the fence. I forgot to reach back out to him to sign a contract and his wife called me on a Saturday and rather than 5 weeks out they got me in within 2 weeks. It was really important for me to get this fence in for my kid's safety and my dogs leisure. George and his guy came the day and time given. They were AGAIN professional and patient as I asked 1001 questions. Once the job was complete they cleaned up all their stuff including little pieces. They sprayed down my cement patio that they got dirt on and left the yard looking BETTER than ever. I am 10,000% recommending George and his team at AA Fencing. Their work was remarkable! Then after 3-4 months with our fence, both posts supporting each of the gates started sagging and since we've had issues with opening and closing them. We contacted the company, they once came out for "an adjustment" which of course didn't fix the issue. I've attempted to contact the company with no response about fixing the issue. We mentioned to the owner that maybe the posts/concrete wasnt secured deep enough because they seemed to be shifting with basic use. We're not fence people but that seems like common sense? He must've got offended because he immediately jumped to accusing us of HANGING on the fence and pulling it??? What??? So, we still have the issues and they don't seem willing to help. AND NOW THE COMPANY IS CLAIMING IT WASN'T THEM WHO INSTALLED THE FENCE?? GET A GRIP...we have text messages confirming installation, security photos of them doing it AND a signed contract with them prior to work.

They use state of the art equipment and were careful not to spray the landscape or house foundation. They seem to take pride in their job. We had existing aluminum fencing around our pool that we wanted to bump out to the entire backyard properly line. So moving existing fence and gates, plus installing new fence (because overall perimeter expanded). Needed a lot of new posts installed and had to navigate around a lot of trees. They were able to match the fence easily, then upon delivery of materials complete the job in one day. Even on a 100 degree day they got the job done and didn't cut corners. Chris and the crew did a very good job, on time, at the quoted cost. I would certainly look to Freedom Fence again for future fencing needs.

I had a terrible experience with Luis from Well Done Contractors. I was repaving my driveway and…read morerepointing my front steps. Luis showed up for the estimate on time and gave a fair price. For the stairs, Luis sent a subcontractor who started working at 4pm and did a horrendous sloppy job. After an argument, Luis reluctantly agreed it was poorly done and tried to fix it. The stairs still look terrible. The driveway work was such poor quality. A complete lack of care and attention to detail as shown in the pictures. It seems everything is rushed to do as many jobs as possible, but the quality of the work cannot keep up. Within a week we had tire marks and indents in our driveway. Luis showed up and told me it was due to how we turned the wheel when pulling into our parking space. I disagreed and Luis told me that my Jeep Cherokee was a large vehicle and "when the twin towers came down it made a big hole in the ground". Absolutely floored that this man could say something like this. After this, he stopped returning calls and texts. Avoid at all costs.

We didn't haggle even one dime with him. Fast forward to a completed job-turns outs they missed a sprinkler head and installed the pavers right on top of it. As we turn it on, the ground is immediately soaked. We call him, he shows up right away. This is where it all goes downhill. He immediately says it's not him or his guys fault. It's somehow the sprinkler guys fault. (Luis's guys removed all of the rest sprinklers!) Says he'll take care of it, but he's gotta charge me to pay his guys. $350 to remove 6-7 pavers to fix a problem that was his fault! He eventually leaves after the arguing that is not his fault. Long story short- I had to pay someone else to come and complete the job.
