Then after 3-4 months with our fence, both posts supporting each of the gates started sagging and since we've had issues with opening and closing them. We contacted the company, they once came out for "an adjustment" which of course didn't fix the issue. I've attempted to contact the company with no response about fixing the issue. We mentioned to the owner that maybe the posts/concrete wasnt secured deep enough because they seemed to be shifting with basic use. We're not fence people but that seems like common sense? He must've got offended because he immediately jumped to accusing us of HANGING on the fence and pulling it??? What??? So, we still have the issues and they don't seem willing to help. AND NOW THE COMPANY IS CLAIMING IT WASN'T THEM WHO INSTALLED THE FENCE?? GET A GRIP...we have text messages confirming installation, security photos of them doing it AND a signed contract with them prior to work.
