I didn't anticipate him going a second time in less than 5 minutes. The guy in the 5th photo comes out as I'm leaving to grab a bag, and he tells me to "come here" I said "what?" in confusion. He goes on to tell me your dog pooped. I said yes I know. And he rudely said "clean it up" So I replied that I was going to get a bag. He then asked me what was my name and what room I was staying in, I told him I didn't need to share my information and he didn't need it. Then he proceeds to walk towards me, and i asked "sir please keep your distance" and he rudely replied "this is my property!" So I say I'm sorry, I didn't know but I am going to clean it up. I told him I understand his frustration with other people not but I'm going to clean it up. So he comes right up to me even though I was backing away. I asked him to again because I didn't want my dog to bite him, there is negative energy and my dog could sense it. he was in his protective stance, which is his job. The guy proceeds to tell me that if he bites him then it will be my dogs fault??? Like what!! I asked you multiple times to keep your distance, I apologized for my dog using the bathroom on your business property and told you I would clean it up. So then he asks how I know you will come back. I said you don't, but I will. He tells me "wait right here and I'll go get you a bag" when he came back out he had paper towels... not even a bag. he proceeds to tell me I like dogs, but when I walk my dog I take a bag. so I said "well if you were watching me then you seen me clean up his mess just a few minutes ago and throw it away, I didn't anticipate him going again and as you can see it's barely anything. I ask what's his name and what's the name of the business. He wouldn't tell me, just that he owned the whole building. I told him I understood his frustration with people not cleaning up after their dogs but he didn't have to approach me like that and did not have to be so rude and aggressive. He then replied You should have apologized. LIKE WHAT!!! I DID. FOUR TIMES. I didn't know it was private property, I thought it was connected to the hotel I was staying at. I then take my dog in, and go to the building to find out who he is to make a complaint. Come to find out he's a freaking lawyer LOL!!! I definitely wouldn't want him representing me, he has a horrible attitude and negative energy. He came right in my face when I asked for distance so my dog didn't bite him. He could have handled that a lot differently, and he didn't. Which proves he can't handle his anger, and would you want that in a negotiation? There was so many things he did wrong, not only being rude but coming straight into my face when I asked for personal space. Asking What room I am staying in, and then telling me he will walk me to my room?!?! No boundaries at all. Why would you try to follow me to my room? That is so weird. I can't speak for any of the other people that work here, but if I was you, I'd stay clear from hiring him as your attorney, he has a horrible attitude, no respect for personal boundaries and no compassion on a simple mistake. I get I was in the wrong for walking my dog there, and not bringing an extra bag, but he didn't need to talk to me or treat me that way. and he dang sure did not need to get into my face over it or tell me he was going to follow me to my room. What a freaking weirdo.

They advertise a free 90 minute "consultation" but what they actually provide is a 90 minute note…read moretaking session with a "client navigator". This person has you rehash everything you've outlined twice previously for the firm: once during an initial 15 min call outlining your situation with a different non-lawyer and again via an extensive online questionnaire providing facts & details of your situation. We walked into the "consultation" expecting that an attorney had reviewed our paperwork previous to the appointment and the "client navigator" would share the broad stroke strategy the attorney had conceived. What we got was that neither Cayce nor an attorney had read anything I had provided previously. It was literally, "So tell me about your situation." Huh? A consultation is defined as a conference at which advice is given or views are exchanged; a meeting to discuss the treatment of a case. How can that be achieved when one party hasn't even read about the case at hand? For a law firm to be inaccurate with it's language is enormous cause for concern. Additionally, Cayce was late to the 9:00am appointment. My father opened the office door for her yet when she came into the meeting room, she lied about her delay saying she was conferring with an attorney. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for. Zero value in this offering. Save yourself some time and go to an attorney that won't bury you in "their procedure" and actually give you some insights that will help you determine if they can help your case or not.
