I don't know how I got involved with EA Exteriors; I thought I was contacting another business from the Yelp page. Fortunately, I got to this review page before paying any more than the original $250 demanded early in my dealings with Eric. He has acted exactly as described in other reviews: delays in showing up, cost increases, upfront payments requested, on and on. I've just cancelled our agreement and will deal with someone who has better reviews. read more

scam artist doesn't know what hes doing at all. Took half the money demanding more and more money even saying he had no money for his kids. Showed up a hour a week then left the job incomplete till he was paid more and more money. The whole job was a complete mess and had to hire someone else to fix the work and complete it while threatening and harrasing me. read more

Scam. Will take half your money up front then delay and delay and delay always with excuses. Finally showed up and started the eavestrough then left job incomplete. I had to pay another company to finish off and repair his shoddy work. My fault for not paying attention to other reviews. read more

EA Exteriors was contracted to complete exterior updates to eaves troughs, downspouts and decking. They were paid in full with an agreement that work would be completed by a date 60 days later. They started the job but apparently ran out of material. Months later and after a laundry list of excuses, they returned to finish one downspout. Work that was completed was extremely poor and the project remains unfinished. I would strongly recommend not using this company. This has been more than a headache. Work will now need to be redone and money has been lost. read more

STAY AWAY!! SCAM!! THEIF!! DO NOT TRUST! Eric is a terrible business person. he will lead you on, telling you story after story. this is my warning to all. He is incompetent, a liar and a manipulator. He will take your money and run. He cannot pay his bills, is in threats of repossession of his "work" and personal vehicles, and he does not pay his employees. Eric Quantz is all talk and no action. The free (no strings attached) quote was completed the next day. After a thorough in person inspection of the roof and discussion of the problem areas, he provided a written breakdown of all the services and supplies and even got us a military rebate through the supply company! Brandon communicated all timings for drop off and pick up of his equipment and completed the job in two days (despite the many repairs and time it took to modify for added vents)! He personally completed a clean up inspection after all was done and left us feeling confident that the yards were safe for children and pets. The roof looks great, the gutters are clean and the price was right! Thank you!

We spent too much time asking the company who had done the work originally, knowing there were many people in the same situation. I unexpectedly saw an ad for Lavoie Exteriors on line and sent a message on a Sunday afternoon, they called me that same day and we arranged a meeting the next day. I got an estimate that same evening which was very fair, and the work was started within a few days. I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous response, and thorough estimate. He repaired all the eaves very efficiently and it all looks brand new again! I also noticed that he very thoughtfully stepped beside my flowers, being sure not to damage them. I am very glad I happened to see that ad and that they had time to fit us in. We have found Lavoie Exteriors to be professional, fair and have done a beautiful job on our home. I highly recommend them.
