After the 3rd message, I mentioned something to the receptionist and she had the owner of the company call me to address my questions. I ended up booking my floor refinishing during a promotion associated with Small Business Saturday. Not sure how often they offer discounts on services but definitely be on the outlook as I scored 25% discount off of quoted price.
