This is my sons account but name is Amanda. I called several other storage facilities near me before calling Eagle Eye and I was honestly pretty horrified at the lack of security. And the other place even told me how they have people jump their fence and damage R.V's but it's too expensive for them to get cameras...(!). What?! Yikes! I didn't think we were going to use a storage at that point. Then I called Eagle Eye Storage. I was originally hesitant to call because they were a bit more cost wise but as soon as I spoke with Artie I immediately knew they were worth every penny! Custom alarms on all units, SECURE gates with alarms, cameras around the property and viewing storage units, on-site snow removal, immediate response to any alarms, and extra Insurance for your items. This is the ONLY place that I would feel comfortable storing my items. They happily answered every question I had and took the time to put my mind at ease. Collin was also great and even went and put my lock onto my unit so I didn't have to pick it up. Truly fantastic Alaskan service! I highly recommend Eagle Eye for storing your items. Great people, great business, and employees who really care about your needs. I am SO glad I found them! read more

Great storage facility! They have several different sized units to choose from... heated or non-heated. Property is secure! When you sign up for a unit, you get a code to give you access to the property 24/7. Very convenient. I stored some household items here while I waited to move into a new place. When I finally did get to move in, I moved my stuff out of the storage unit at night, after their normal business hours. I got a call from Arty at 9am the next morning saying they noticed my lock had been removed and the unit was empty. These guys are on it! Your stuff will absolutely be secure at this place. Thanks to Arty and everyone else who made me feel so comfortable storing my things here. read more

I came in late just when the place was about to close and was warmly welcomed by Vic. He quickly and professionally got me everything I needed. Being Active military it was great I could receive a few discounts for my service and Vic thanked me before I left building for my service and for my business. Eagle Eye storage was fantastic! We made arrangements for our unit with just a phone call. Getting access to the unit was always easy and worked well! When it was time for us to move out it was an smooth to give our notice and gather our things! On top of all that the facility is very clean and well kept. I would highly recomend them! read more

Their office hours are nearly non-existent - they are open like two hours a day for a few days per week. Most of time when I would call they would "not be in the office to take a payment" and would "call you back." Despite trying to diligently pay over the phone I would still get hit with late fees that they wouldn't waive even though they wouldn't call me back while in office. Finally I joined auto-pay because it was such an issue. Then I went to my unit and there was a lock on it even though my account had been current- I called and left a message (because no one was in the office). A lady called and said they had put the lock on the wrong unit and that the owner was the only one who get take it off and he was on vacation. I would not recommend Snowbird Mini Storage to anyone.

Based on the unsafe driving from their maintenance crew on the Glenn and Parks highway, I wouldn't spend a penny here. Everybody is trying to get home alive. whipping in and out of traffic, speeding up when people try to pass, blocking a whole line of traffic playing road games for miles. 0/0 do not recommend. read more

This is outlined in the contract that you sign and agree to. My experience has been excellent with the management going above and beyond what is expected.

Here's how a late fees work. $25 per unit or space(depends on what your told) on one bill. If your late paying one unit you are denied access to every unit but charged $25 for each unit. I really think this is illegal. Easy fix is to pay my bill. They could very well fix it themselves and put a lock on the unpaid unit and allow me access to my parked rv that is paid but nope. You are late on your one bill so that's means your entire lot is theirs. Paid my bill but never, never trust a snake.
