Steve came in, did air and surface tests and provided an accurate lab reporting proving the fact that asbestos was present & hazardous. This report was able to go back to the sellers of the home, and negotiate heavily with the sellers to fix the issue, replace flooring and do a 2nd round of follow-up testing also with Steve after the abatement process. After abatement (repair) the 2nd round of tests Steve did at the house were amazing, with an exhaustive set of high end TEM air samples proved there was ZERO asbestos in the entire house.
