This is a straight forward shop. I needed to get my name embroidered on a polo and decided to check…read morethem out. They also sell blank appeal that you can get get embroidered as well. There is limited free street parking available on the street in front of and within a reasonable walking distance from the shop. The door is locked for security and you have to be buzzed in. The woman working the desk was friendly and helpful. It took about 10 days for them to get my embroidery done, which simply putting my name on a polo. I felt that was a bit long considering how simple the job was. But I do not know what they had going on, so I wont judge too much. Anyway, there is free street parking available out front of the store. It may be a bit difficult to find a spot sometimes, but I never had a problem. My embroidery was very nice. I really liked how it turned out. This is a decent spot to have your embroidery needs met.

I took a brand new Nike jacket to my them to get embroidered and they tore a hole in my sons jacket and covered it up with a patch. I asked them to pay for the jacket and they refused.
