DR Horton was responsible for fixing it and was ordered to by the County. They came in, ripped the road apart further, and they went back to building houses. This thing looks like it leads into a shantytown in the Mojave - not South Carolina. We have reached out multiple times for help and they respond by blocking us, and suggesting that maybe we should "slow down" instead. This is unsafe in the case of an evacuation or emergency response, and nothing is being done. Since I reached out personally and they didn't want to handle the situation with me privately via chat, this is how we are proceeding. They are greedy and unethical and will leave you in a lurch. Also, they improperly installed the roof and we are actively involved in a class action lawsuit over it because DR Horton won't take responsibility for the roof peeling up on a 2 year old house. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The houses in the community are not able to sell because of the road and DR Horton is trying to build 400 more homes back here. Do the right thing and fix Sunnehanna Drive!!!!

Items were damaged and missing and they tried to have us pay for them. Very miss managed company, left had doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Buyer beware. Vega Remodeling -This business should be shut down by the authorities for fraudulent practices…read more They literally rip off their clients. We contracted with this company to remodel our kitchen. We agreed to paying in three stages as outlined in the contract. After the initial payment the crew started working taking up old floor etc. After the second payment and halfway through the work the progress slowed to a halt with promises from Vega that they would be there the next week to finish putting in floor, cabinets and completing other work. They never showed up. A portion of the second payment was to go to the counter top fabricator and Arnulfo Vega told us he paid them and ordered our counter top only to find out the counter top company never got the money or the order. Then the same thing happened with the cabinets. We paid him for those in the first draw but Arnulfo never ordered all of them. He kept saying they were coming, they were on back order but after many weeks went by no cabinets and they no longer were coming to work we knew he ripped us off and left us with a lot of uncompleted work that we had paid him to do. He lies and does not honor the contract. Please DO NOT HIRE Vega Remodeling.
