But when my machine 'drowned' and I took it to them for help, I was told "You're No Longer Our Customer." They refuse to take any responsibility for my dead machine although the leaking went on for two months while I waited. They have no ethics.

The pharmacist is not helpful, and she doesn't seem to care about their patients. Kathleen is the one staffer here that has always been kind, cheerful and helpful. She is exemplary. She goes the extra mile to make sure customers get their scripts on time.

As a woman who prefers unisex-style scrubs, there are not very many brands that can accommodate that, however they do carry Grey's Anatomy scrubs, Blue Label, Cherokee and WonderWink. Anything that they do not have in stock in the store, they will allow you to order (which means I was able to order several styles in petite length) and they also do embroidery. Embroidery takes 7-10 business days but pricing is reasonable. They also have work shoes available. A more accurate rating for the store would likely be a 3.5. I usually do most of my shopping for scrubs online, but it was nice to have the option to use a fitting room. Note that they are tucked away in the relatively abandoned center where Toys' R' Us used to be on the second floor. Also of note, they do NOT carry Blue Sky, Figs or Urbane scrubs.

After not hearing from them for a couple months, my doctor gave me the number for Rotech & said I could call them. I did & they claimed that they had the wrong insurance info. After giving them the correct info, they said I should get a call in 1 or 2 days to set up a time to get my cpap. After 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything. I called again & they said the person I needed to talk to was in the office & they'd transfer me to "him". The phone went to a woman's voice mail. I left a message but still have heard nothing. I'm going to get my doctor to refer me to another place. If I had died from stopping breathing due to no cpap machine, my family would be suing Rotech.​
